2025/26 Castle [wishlist/speculation]
Classic_Spaceman replied to GreenhouseBricker's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
No, though the updated helmet appeared in that colour in a Creator set a few years back. -

He literally gets his name from the puppet used being the ninth creature prop! -
Stonewars has more pics, which confirm that Wanda does appear in the bus! No backpack, though.

Second and third are Young Leia and Nien Nunb, respectively. One could be Cal (since he originates from a game), but I am not sure about four - Maybe R2-KT? I can see it, though the shape towards the chin is more like Crosshair’s than Hunter’s. I would personally like to see a new mould (with helmet holes!) that can be used for both Hunter and Crosshair. -

Forestmen come to mind. -
That could be her! It looks like she is missing her backpack, though. Just Jason and Mech Max are more just social media handles, while Bytz and Wanda About are indeed puns - A play on “bytes” for the tech guy and “wander about” for the explorer. Probably; it looks modular.

Why?? I thought that we were over this! Additionally, the Mando loyalists in the set are Clan Kryze, not Children of the Watch, so the black heads do not even make sense from a “helmet rule” standpoint! We should have gotten four generic heads (ideally two male and two female) that can be swapped among the Minifigs, as we have been getting for Stormtroopers. -
LEGO Sci-Fi Ongoing - Rumors, Speculation, and Discussion

The parts will almost certainly show up on PAB at some point, so we can just buy them from there. -
Sometime in May, but I am not sure of the dates. If I had to guess, I would say sometime during the second half of the month (third or fourth week), as May the Fourth is taking up the first part of May.

The photographer is the same one from the arctic/ocean exploration subtheme last year, so probably not her. Good point - If City can go into the future, then it should also be able to go into the past (for small subthemes, that is, not the entire line).- 230 replies

Bytz is in the same set, and Just Jason is in the harbour! No sign of Wanda About, oddly; she would have fit into the jungle sets quite well.

It looks like the same one. A bit disappointing, but it does bring the part back to PAB.- 5,877 replies

I am not sure. I assume that since they are giving options for a vote rather than a write-in, they already have a few designs prepped that they could go with. All that I will hope for is a description of the animals/symbols that they plan to use, but I would love to see the actual heraldry and a note of the faction’s colour scheme! -
Useful Pirate Pieces from other Themes?
Classic_Spaceman replied to ZCerberus's topic in LEGO Pirates
Definitely printed; in addition to acting as a collectible for the subtheme (each set includes a different map), LEGO would not show a stickered tile being held by a Minifig that way (remember that the stickered scroll tile in the Majisto’s Workshop GWP needed a handle plate for Majisto to actually hold it). -

I was hoping for Hawkeye, since he is the only one of the original six Avengers to be exclusive to the Tower. 🫤 -
Dual-moulded white/black legs are back, courtesy of Harry Potter!

I am assuming that “new” means a completely new heraldry, not just an update/remake of a classic faction - Very interesting! -

Oh, nice!! Green or light grey would be my picks; we already got green with the Exo-Suit, but those Minifigs are (now that we finally got the proper helmets for them) around $30 each on BrickLink! Also, technically we never got a green Classic spaceman - We got green Neo-Classic Space astronauts. -

The Disney one is definitely a print, but I have a feeling that those HP shields are going to be stickers. 🫤 Plain dark bley shields for PAB though, I suppose. -
I am very torn on those road plates; while I hate that they increased prices and seemed to make the actual buildings in a set where they appeared less substantial, I do like the flexibility and ease-of-integration of the system when compared with the old baseplate road plates. IMO, LEGO should keep making them, but limit them designated ‘service packs’ like 60304 rather than cramming them into every City set.

What do you mean by "too mighty"? While the lack of any real jungle terrain does bother me, I do really like how rugged and substantial the vehicles look.- 230 replies
