When the Neo Classic Space Federation puts out a galaxy-wide call to take part in a podrace on the Moon, the call is answered by the Blacktron Future Generation. Although Benny's racer, 'LL-UC45' uses cutting edge tech, the Future Generations 'WhiteGilled BlackFish' has never lost a race. The stage is set for a white-knuckle showdown as these old foes race each other across the dusty plains of the Lunar surface. A month to design and build. 3,000 pieces (ish, don't know wasn't keeping count) and a lot of left over discarded bricks, my Star Wars/Classic Space mashup moc is done. The full album is on my Flickr page here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/164260086@N06/albums/72157716664021747

It’s sort of midway between midi and micro scale. I bricklinked and built it last week. Here’s a picture of it in front of the Nebulon B moc I made in January. The moc is 58cm long and 30cm high. https://www.flickr.com/photos/164260086@N06/50427274027/in/dateposted-public/

Absolutely love this build. I’ve been looking at it for a couple of weeks now and keep forgetting to post here about it. Possibly one of the most impressive NCS mocs I’ve seen for a long time. I looked at your WIP pics. That’s some crazy connection wizardry you’ve got going on inside this thing. Was all that complexity just a result of experimenting to see what worked or did you have definite ideas for how to connect everything beforehand? Amazing build and thanks for sharing! It’s motivated me to start thinking about making a new Classic space moc now!

Yes!!!! Finally, someone got the Shakespeare connection! Nice! And thanks for the kind words. ???

I may well indeed do that. Though knowing me, I'd probably just use the pieces in it for mocs. Looks like it has some interesting parts. Already giving me ideas.... ?

Damn! I wasn’t even aware of the Scuttler until I read your reply here and googled it. Pretty awesome looking set, and thanks for the compliments. :)

Thanks :) it was all looking a bit colourless until I had the idea of making it half flooded. Needed a source for the flooding, really pleased that you noticed it! :) Thanks mate :) Does look a bit like it. Cool! I never really looked at zoids much back then, I was a transformers kid ;)

Hi all. I’ve just completed this moc made of about 3,000 pieces. Its called 'Let slip the dogs of war' and is a post-apocalyptic scene in which a huge dog-like mech encounters a small dog which its programming cannot decide is a friend or foe. It took 2 months to design and build. I started with the intention of just making a black 4 legged mech which quickly grew into this much larger project. You can see more on my Flickr page: https://www.flickr.com/photos/164260086@N06/albums/72157714646203501/with/49990760626/ or my Instagram: @rubblemaker_lego

Might be something to do with it being made out of Lepin whilst this is a Lego forum.

Thanks. The concept of a Classic Space dragster car was the one which started me on this path. Got sidetracked and made 5 other Classic Space ships first but got there in the end!

Thanks mate ? glad you liked it.

Thanks. Tried so many different things with those roof pieces. They were originally going to be a ‘spine’ running down the back of the whole car, but then I realised they wouldn’t work because of that massive engine. Moved them to the sides and was pretty pleased with the result.

I have six! (counting the whole fleet) I’ve been getting quite a few requests for instructions lately so I may consider it once this lockdown is out of the way (got a bit too much going on to work on that too unfortunately). Stay tuned!

Yes. The two bottom sections (without indentations) of two Death Stars to be precise, as I wanted it to be completely spherical all the way round.

Hi all, I’ve just completed the 6th vehicle in my fleet of Neo Classic Space inspired attack craft. This is the story behind it: The fastest land vehicle in the fleet, the DR4G-5T3R can not only outrun anything unfortunate enough to be in its sights, but thanks to its rear swivel-ball tech, it can do so regardless of the terrain. For anyone interested there are loads more angles on it in my Flickr album here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/164260086@N06/albums/72157713801785673 Thanks for looking :)

Thanks very much. I’d thought of the ‘water’ as a blue flame so it has 2 types of fire with which to incinerate everything in its path. This is the first mech I’ve ever made so I learnt a lot doing it. Need to get myself a load of ball joints to make a better one next time!

Hi all, I’ve been making a fleet of Neo Classic Space inspired attack craft. This is the 5th craft in my fleet, the 5T0-MP3R. The story behind this one goes like this: When ground assault is the only option some serious hardware is needed. With an armour piercing chaingun on one side and a metal melting flamethrower on the other, the 5T0-MP3R flattens everything in its way. So don't get in its way! For anyone interested there are loads of other angles on this moc in my full album here (It also moves and splits in two): https://www.flickr.com/photos/164260086@N06/albums/72157713662608238 Thanks for looking. :)

So this thing has a full interior, lighting system AND a pizzeria?!! I am now a significant percentage more impressed than I was when I first saw it. Hope it gets the attention it deserves from the public once we’re all past this complete virus lockdown that’s spreading across the world as fast as the virus itself. Once again, amazing work and great video!

Indeed they do. And thanks ? Thanks very much I’m all about snot these days. Can never have too much snot! ?
