  1. Great build an inventive use of parts, especially the brick separators and lanterns on the mando ship!
  2. Great build, love the textures throughout!
  3. Love the escape pod, definitely reminiscent of the clone wars!
  4. Really great build, to second Ross' point, the Ugnaught looks so good - great choice of parts!
  5. Thanks, shaping the base took a couple of attempts and most of my green bricks so I'm glad it paid off. As for the goat, it is an actual species native to Teyr. https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Mesa_goat I really enjoy trying to use as much information about each planet as possible so little references like the goat and swoops (Teyr is the home Mobquet swoops and speeders) are things that I am always trying to add into my builds!
  6. *Your entry has earned 6 XP* The Triumvirate Inquisition - Personal notes of Admiral Gable Karius: The Galaxy needed the empire. Some are quick to forget such a fact, but it is clearly evident on Teyr. High ranking imperials used to own much of Teyr's Greenbelt in their private ranches and estates but when the empire fell Teyr became overrun with homesteaders all looking for a spot of land to call their own. Most had little experience of farming and soon some of the most fertile land in the galaxy was wasted, with most farms producing little surplus to sell. That would have been fine if they had returned the imperial land when the Triumvirate arrived, but many didn't. The Triumvirate farmed the land of the homesteaders that returned it and they were rewarded for this, but there were still many who needed to be taught a lesson. The Inquistion got called in when some union of farmers decided to pillage Triumvirate farms to compensate for their bad crop yields. Target 1: Name: Samjid Alwa Species: Kiffar (male) Occupation: Mesa Goat Herdsman/ Farmer Crimes: Occupying Triumvirate land, Arson, Theft of Triumvirate Property, Assault of Triumvirate forces Recommendation: Termination Karius' Case Notes: Well as the old saying goes, 'Don't poke the Rancor.' Sending in a Rancor proved a stroke of brilliance, the farmer and his herd of goats were devoured without a trace. The farmer's hut was burned down too in order to leave a more visible reminder to those who dare to oppose us. His affiliation to certain groups must be evaluated in the continuation of this case. Target 2: Name: Grallus Rem Species: Human (male) Occupation: Swoop racer/ Farmer Crimes: Occupying Triumvirate land, Arson, Theft of Triumvirate Property, Assault of Triumvirate forces, Affiliation to terrorist groups, illegal swoop racing Recommendation: Interrogation followed by termination Karius' Case Notes: Teyr is considered the home of swoop bikes to some but the target was a member of an illegal racing group alongside his other crimes. This proved the perfect opportunity to try out the new 714 AVA speeder which proved more than a match for his bike. His interrogation is ongoing. As ever, I appreciate your feedback!
  7. Love the snubble fighter, the tan works really well and the multiple cockpits look really cool!
  8. Nice, like how you structured the story in different sections with this one - you re certainly very inventive with your storytelling! The geometric frame was a nice idea to build the bridge around and you have certainly made good use of the space. Great build!
  9. Nice story and good build - I especially like the micro build for the island village!
  10. The story is great and the build is good too - really like how you have integrated the colours!
  11. Good build and nice story - looking forward to see how this will continue!
  12. Brilliant build, some great textures and love the use of those technic pieces!
  13. Looks brilliant, the colour scheme is nice and the shaping is great too. The original set was a few years before my time, but I really love how you have approached a redesign while keeping it recognisable to the source material. Great job as always!
  14. Really like the holographic battle displays - a great detail!
  15. That sea serpent looks great, the shaping looks really organic!
  16. love the shaping of that doorway!
  17. The layering on the building looks great, though I agree with the others, it would be nice to see more pictures!
  18. That submarine looks great and the edit looks really realistic too!
  19. Thanks, I'm glad that it paid off to do a creative approach to the category. While I have no real experience of brick-built figures, it was certainly fun to give one a go and I've certainly picked up some interesting techniques along the way, glad you like it!
  20. Looks really great, nice to see a black star destroyer bridge - seems fitting for a squad of death troopers. Nice to see you coordinating stories as well!
  21. Nice, the yellow structures look really good and there is some great action with the explosions and flying trooper!
  22. *Your entry has earned 7 XP* Farantros narrative: It was some time later that we ended up approaching Fondor. We had intercepted a new republic distress call about some imperial war lord who was blockading Fondor and so a massive Triumvirate task force was assembled to 'liberate' the planet. I took the devaronian capital ship the 'Hell-Broth' and my units headed straight to the planet. Fondor was not far from Devaron and so we hoped Pyerce's forces would not question the presence of a devaronian ship until it was too late. Pyerce's TIE fleet was engaged against the local defence force when we arrived and so we were able to get very close to the blockade before we were spotted. I left the bridge almost as soon as we engaged - I had to lead my squad on the ground assault of the planet. I placed Umzle in charge and headed for my straighter... I wasn't particularly inspired by this category at first - there are only so many ways to build a star destroyer bridge and I wanted something that was a bit different. That was when I remembered a build of a large scale admiral ackbar on home one and decided to try something similar. While it isn't perfect, I am trying to build at more of a range of scales and this is my first time building at such a large one. I'm pretty happy with how Farantros translated into lego. Let me know what you think!
  23. Just wanted to clarify whether the Cat B has to be in space itself or whether it could be in-atmopsphere above the planets surface?
  24. I really like the points you are working on already - seems like a good idea to bring back some of the best bits of phase 1 while maintaining some of the flexibility that this phase has allowed. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to lessen the number of large minimum size limits. I feel like it is something that makes the game daunting to new members with smaller collections - less limits doesn't force players not to build big scenes and I can't see would impact scoring so there would still be room for those who wanted to make a large build. On the same note, it would be nice to see some campaigns etc focusing on small builds - a 16x16 size limit can be really tough and from my experience can lead to some really interesting builds (I believe there was something similar with a recruitment challenge from Phase 1?). The other thing that might be interesting is a challenge that was in a scale other than minifigure - it would be great to see some microscale conflicts or 1:1 scale weapons, which I feel would add a bit of variation to the majority of the builds and might help draw in more players. I'm not sure how achievable these ideas are, but from my experience in other RPGs these are definitely features I enjoy.
