Just came from the theatre. I really recommend the 48 fps version. The CGI really is at its highlight on a higher frame ratio. I'm really glad they did show us the whole Riddles in the Dark chapter. Makes me want to get that LEGO-set as well. One fun fact: The voice of the Goblin King = The shark from Finding Nemo

Are those weapons both new molds? Or is the Lone Rangers pistols the same as Indiana Jones?

No problem, this thread moves pretty fast. Both are MOCs, I think the ship is a MOC of the Black Pearl. Here's an image of the corsairship from the Lego LotR game: You can also see it in the explorable mode of the game but I don't have pictures of that atm.

I think that info was already posted but anyways... I wonder if the 'Pirate Ship' will have the same design as the Corsair ship in explorable mode in the new Lego LotR game. Looks like a pretty solid set thoug.

I don't know if I break forum policy by this but here's a tip for Dutch and Belgian 'Hobbit-set-buyers': There's a reduction action on amazon.de: -20% when you buy for + € 80. I just ordered 79002 Attack of the Wargs + 79003 An Unexpected Gathering for only 104.74 euro Compared to the official store ( 159.98 euro), that's a huge saver. Also the 79033 (Shire set) is out of stock in Belgian stores and not available before December 27.

I do like some of the sets in the bonus level though: - The battering-ram is just perfect for 'Uruk-hai army' battle pack theme, maybe an exclusive minifig 'That ugly one-eyed Orc captain' (forgot his name) - Those 2 Argonath statues with 2 canoes. - Lothlorien Trees could be a bit higher (maybe add 1 flight of stairs) but I like the potential of it. - Rohan is also a tad to small but I would understand Lego making it because they need sets in several price categories. (Maybe an exclusive: sick Theoden) - I believe we already saw the Orthanc set elsewhere... That version was indeed bigger... On a sidenote: No tracks of The Hobbit sets in Belgium yet. (The LotR-sets are selling like hot cakes here.)

I was shopping today and visited a toyshop or 3 (Belgium). No sign of them yet but I don't want to spoil your fun but I think you won't be seeing them til' the very end of December. I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't release before the second part of January. But I guess you will be able to buy them from the official lego-website in a week or 2.

So the cheapest way to get all the 4 turtles are: the Lair, Kraang's Escape set and the Shredder set. And with Just2Good's price predictions that makes 90 EUR. Not too bad I guess

The Ringwraith does sound like a cheap set. My guess is a black horse, a Nazgul, a minitree + hiding place with Frodo and the ring.

I bought the Prince Of Persia: Battle of Alamut (7573) with a clearance reduction: only € 46. Although it's a bad movie, the set is great. Glad I picked it up!

Just bought Helm's Deep. 6/9 bags built. That building is massive and awesome :D Now I need to get the expansion set as well...
