  1. Yeah you're right but the character design choice bugs me, will watch it anyways. I guess I like to nag
  2. My only complaint is that Mr Freeze doesn't have any leg printing...
  3. I think Alfred was caught in ice by Mr Freeze in the old Batcave set.
  4. I do think it's kinda lazy to stick the cutscenes to one another and put in little of extra footage. + I think they should have used the new designs for the characters. I'm talking about The Penguin and commissioner Gordon in particular.
  5. Still really tempted to get the set but it IS pricy. + all the new fantastic DC-sets, Hobbit sets (and even TMNT) I really don't know if to buy this gem. BTW I can get it for € 95.95 instead of € 139.95. Should I wait or take advantage of this deal?
  6. The Turtle's Lair looks pretty bad tbh. At least the cheap set looks pretty good and a good selection of minifigs. I will only buy the sets needed to complete the TMNT team. I'm already saving for the batman and the hobbit sets.
  7. Can't seem to find it, so I will post it: The website of the videogame is updated http://thelordoftherings.lego.com/en-us/videogame/default.aspx?icmp=COUS42HomeWN1LOTRNewVideoGame
  8. In order? Fili, Nori, Thorin & Bifur
  9. I really like the sets. 'The Bat' isn't 100% what I had in mind but great nontheless. I really like the prices, especially because they are licensed. (Although Arkham is still quite expensive)
  10. Nintendo announced that the pre-order will include the Chase McCain minifigure. This game will be a launchgame (November 18th).
  11. At the back of the box is the right order to watch them apparently. Therefore I will watch cpt. America just before The Avengers. I was planning to watch them last afternoon/evening/night but the weather was rather nice so I didn't watch them. I will if there's a rainy afternoon this weekend. Belgium seems to get early releases for movies quite often. I just bought it at a retail store. Last year I also got Pirates of the Caribbean on Stranger Tides in the early beginning of September.
  12. Just bought this nice bundle for only 60 EUR. I was intending to buy all of the movies separately. Can't wait for the mini-marathon tonight (Iron Man 1 - Iron Man 2 - Cpt America - The Avengers)
  13. Is it already mentioned that the game includes 85 playable characters?
  14. What if there's a new set that is an expansion of the Batcave. The rogue's gallery with all the paraphernalia, the big coin and the T-rex and an infirmary for instance. That way we could get butler Alfred and a normal Tim Drake or whatever Robin Lego is using. They could even use the big coin as a play-feature. Similar to the dislocated wheel of The Mill on the Isla Cruces in the PotC-set.
  15. Well... This tells me to watch the movies again But Merry did in fact wear a helmet when riding on a horse with Eowyn, no?
  16. Is that the armor Merry wears in the movie?
  17. I only save the boxes from my favourite theme: Pirates of the Caribbean. All the other boxes are recycled. Before I recycle them I do cut out the front art. Saves a lot of place. I might just throw them away if I get too many LEGO sets.
  18. I'm not that good in all these path location things What do I need to fill in my settings/path locations? db.lif location: ??? output path for includes: ??? What does it even mean? And were can I find my db.lif's location?
  19. Finally a proper version of the Moria-cutscenes is posted on youtube LINK
  20. Don't know if this is appropriate to the thread but I have a nice link with a watchable version of the LOTR-videogame Mines of Moria Scene. *Click*
  21. Last time I will post something concerning the release date in the Benelux. (Because I know it can be quite irritating for other members to hope and see an interesting post and all they get is some retail-release date of a particular country. ) Those who live in the Benelux: www.bol.com has good prices. Cheaper than the official Lego onlineshop and most retail stores in Belgium and The Netherlands. (Cheaper than Bart Smit, Dreamland, Fun, etc.) So for those eager to buy the sets early on. check out the website. I already ordered Shelob & Mines of Moria. They will arrive tomorrow (14 hours from now) Finally the wait is over. After 2.5 months delay
  22. I went to the shop today (Roeselare) and they had nothing on the shelves. (Although reading the guy's face, they probably have it in stock but won't sell them.) There's a big chance they are available tomorrow. They are available (LOTR and MF) at the online shop of Dreamland (Belgian Retailstore). http://dreamland.webshop.collishop.be/ecom/nl/shops/Ecom/DreamLand__webshop/Speelgoed__DreamLand/Lego__assortiment
  23. The LOTR-sets are available on the Belgian official Lego website's webshop. Very lofty prices though... With my Hot Toys Joker DX 11 and Batman DX 12, I think I might wait for the Belgian retail prices, sometimes they are a bit cheaper like with the PotC-sets. I went to some shops today... Still no sign of them here. (Also no Monster Fighters for those who are planning to buy them.) Belgian S@H prices: 9469 Gandalf™ Arrives 16,99 € 9470 Shelob™ Attacks 29,99 € 9471 Uruk-hai™ Army 39,99 € 9472 Attack on Weathertop™ 69,99 € 9473 The Mines of Moria™ 89,99 € 9474 The Battle of Helm's Deep™ 139,99 € 9476 The Orc Forge 49,99 €
  24. Still no sign of the sets here in Belgium. I went to Dreamland, Fun and Bart Smit but no luck. Couldn't be long though because the official release date in the BeNeLux is the 1st of August and I read this on a Dutch Lego Fansite: New LOTR-sets available at Bart Smit in 'Deventer'(NL), 'Purmerend' (NL) and 'Leiden'(NL). (Orc Forge doesn't seem to be available in the BeNeLux, yet.) So the LOTR-sets are already popping up there. BTW, is it ok to post these kinds of messages or is there a new thread about this. I thought there was one a week or 2 ago but it suddenly disappeared.
  25. I have more positive news. I checked my documents where I saved the prelim pictures last year and they already appeared on the 7th of October.
