  1. I've received 7 of the Chima sets so far.
  2. I know some older Lego bricks can warp (and we're talking 1960-70's era bricks here), but I'm not aware that ABS bricks do....
  3. Now that's an impressive feat. I can't wait to start building this! I don't recall if this was mentioned in Rufus's review, but what's the total build time?
  4. I'm in no rush to see another Imperial Shuttle released as 10212 was virtually perfect.
  5. "It's undoubtedly a trap."
  6. If this is true, then there's got to be plans to make it more widely available. Lego wouldn't go through the trouble of manufacturing and packaging just 100 of these.
  7. ^ I think you might be overreacting just a little.
  8. Placed my order for 10237 last night as soon as it went live! Can't wait for this bad boy.
  9. Great review, Rufus!! This is easily my most anticipated set of the year, so Monday can't come soon enough. Now where to display it...
  10. Beorn is just a lot bigger than I was expecting. Let's hope he turns out well in the final film.
  11. ^ Wait for sales on the retail sets.
  12. I'm not sure that I understand you. The Ringwraith capes are a new design, and feature an additional hole so that they can "wrap" around the minifig's arms. There's no bending involved, though, if that's what you're asking....?
  13. That's quite a cool little scene! Great work! My money is on the Hulk, by the way.
  14. I definitely have to go with the new versions of Boba and Jango Fett as well. Those are just too cool!
  15. That was exactly my first impression as well!
  16. Actually, I'd probably go with Orthanc in this case (and save up for the Ewok Village). If 10188 is any indication, then Lego likes to keep their large Star Wars playsets on the market for quite a while.
  17. Great idea! It's amazing how much more 'complete' the scene looks with just two of the sets.
  18. ^ I don't think a physical Lucas minifig has ever been released.
  19. Huh, well who'd have guessed..... Fangirls around the world are crossing their fingers for "fleeting nudity" of Fili and Kili right now.
  20. ^ That's the approach that I'm expecting that they'll take as well. A $130-140 set could give us quite a decent sized brick-built dragon.
  21. That wave actually seems extremely likely, so if it's your "worst case scenario" you might be in for major disappointment come this time next year.
  22. Les Miserables. I'm normally not a big musical fan, but the film was excellent and quite moving.
  23. WOW. Amazing. Next week can't come soon enough!!!
  24. Do you have a source for this? Due to Nolan's involvement, I like to think that MoS and his Batman films do take place within the same DC universe.
  25. ^ To think that I actually used to like those books as a kid, too!
