  1. Grohl666 finished his Mack Granite C model: (can't remember where i saw the WIP, so I posted it here)
  2. They are technically in 2018... But maybe it's just because we haven't had news since September and it's only 2 months until release- not much point in discussion until then unless we get some leaked images .
  3. That's a really good looking model! I especially like the technique you used to create the fairings around the lower headlights and the lower grille. I have been following your channel for almost three years now, and your MOCs never cease to amaze me. Fantastic job!
  4. I just realized that 2018 is the first year in Technic in a long time (since 2015 I think...) that no numbers have been "skipped" in the lineup. In 2016 there was 42051, and in 2017 there was 42067 (which also showed up on the tow truck 42070 for some reason- TOW 067). Cue Anna... For the first time in forever...
  5. Something like this would be the bare minimum and suitable for 155 pieces: Likely we'll get something like the old Bucket Truck: HOG steering, and lift arm only, though, don't expect fake engine or too many details (like tiny 42084). Doubtful, but I would have loved to see something like this, with a two-cab "mobile crane" configuration... That's just my two cents, though.
  6. It appears that the Chiron is 90% Legos: Also, that drill that they use in the video is pure genius
  7. It looks like he has used two- look on the top of the superstructure
  8. That is simply beautiful, with the sun especially. I wish LEGO made promotional pics like this. It might have even convinced me to pick up the Forest Machine.. wait... I just realized that no background goes with that set (read: color vomit). Also, has anyone ever questioned the fact that LEGO vehicles always seem to park themselves or whatever in conveniently placed clearings in some environment where no one else is around? Like, would it hurt to put some people around the sentient vehicle? Excepting (of course) the 42081 that @kbalage has beautifully captured.
  9. This looks absolutely amazing! All the details, from the sign right down to the entrance booth person, and it functions beautifully!
  10. Maybe it would be a licensed model of a broken, half-built truck
  11. Fair enough. But Olav also did 42053 Volvo excavator, which is again considered a highly detailed, accurate model. Maybe they (the Claas and Volvo) just look better because they have to represent the real life vehicle?
  12. I was wondering the same thing earlier... and there were areas where the red ones would have looked better, i.e.: Overall, the whole crane looks a bit unfinished. Which I find a bit weird, because Olav Kroigaard also designed the Claas, which was (is) arguably one of the best looking models of LEGO Technic ever.
  13. That looks stunning! I can't wait to see the finished product- you have captured the flowing lines beautifully using LEGO bricks.
  14. I would easily recommend 42078 and 42043.
  15. This looks very interesting! How did you implement the "sledgehammer" action into the ride?
  16. I think some decoration wouldn't go amiss. Although, then it wouldn't be a c model
  17. Very nice work, @JLiu15! I have been following your progress over the last couple of weeks, and I must say the end result is quite satisfying. Like @Aventador2004 said, the hood needs some smoothing, and the cab may be a bit too long, but over all I like the look of it.
  18. You could almost think this was made to scale to fit them on purpose!
  19. Look at https://bricksafe.com/files/samolot/desert-skidoo/P91070302.JPG
  20. That's no reason to be harsh. The whole point of Eurobricks is to provide a positive and constructive environment- which means some criticism is necessary. That does not mean that we accuse others of "bending reality". Edit: Sorry @Bartybum I should've backed off
  21. We have two ends here- one that is very critical, and then there are some people who think this is good enough :
