  1. This seems fair to me. Purely from an EGS perspective, if the "Crossroads" isn't a settlement in its own right for us to license properties to, it makes sense to license builds to whatever nearby settlement we prefer.
  2. Good effort, nicely put together! Just a heads up, for it to count towards Category E, I think it would have to be in the Interior proper, and couldn't count towards Nola Mar's development. Naturally, I'd be happy for the council to prove me wrong.

  5. A really lovely build, and I really appreciate the new angle on traditional pirate stories you're giving us. Keen to see more!
  6. @CapOnBOBS This is very good news!
  7. Somebody get this man some bricks! We need to get you building in the real world.
  8. I'm hereby submitting my application for promotion to Marquis, and for the Order of St Arltrees:
  9. Letter from Duchess Celeste Dupré to Pierre Lavalette Genaro dated Jun 621, My dear Pierre, It has simply been too long, my dear. I've been meaning to visit Vele for several months, now. I desperately need some of that sea air I keep hearing our friends compliment. Your complexion at least has certainly been blessed by Poseidon himself. Oh but look at me going on! In truth, I'm writing to you regarding my eldest boy; Emile. He has been sitting around the house for far too long, now. I need someone of rank to introduce him at court. Obviously it can't simply be Amand; a man's own father would simply be performing an obligation. But if a gentleman of *your* stature were to perform the favour, it would certainly be noted. And, needless to say, Emile Dupré, the Marquis de Guenin would owe you a favour. Perhaps I should ask His Eminence instead, but Calida isn't the biggest fan of my family at the moment. As you may be aware my brother, the Canon François is currently off rocking boats in the Brick Seas. Rumour is he expects to be promoted to Bishop among the clergy of Hades soon, and may even be awarded the Order of Saint Arltrees. Needless to say, we all benefit more by Emile flying your colours, so to speak. My dear, I hope to hear back from you shortly! I will send Amand off to commission a court sword for our boy, and I will send for my tailor to spin me up some dresses for those lovely seaside promenades of yours. Your friend, Celeste Dupré
  10. I love it. Reminiscient of votive statue processions around the world. Wish I'd had this idea!
  11. A really impressive build. Very appropriate for a government palace. I particularly like the effect of the smoke scrubbing. Really works well!
  12. Wait, that's all just 16x16? Holy crap. You pack it all in @Ayrlego! A really great build. Well done.
  13. This build has been a long time coming. It's been nearly two years since our priests came to Weelond and took a dump in your harbour: Nice work. It's a great little shrine. Now I'm really torn between whether the Knights Treasurer would send a guard compliment or not...
  14. A really nice military emplacement. Well done. The guy in centre rear really looks like a matador. I think we need to investigate this opportunity further...
  15. I don't think you need to change the build at all, it's perfect. Just make it clear in the text that it's a church of Poseidon. For anyone else curious about the inspiration, that is here: https://www.atlasobscura.com/places/cross-island-chapel-the-world-s-smallest-church
  16. @Ayrlego Thanks for letting me know.
  17. OMG, I love this. Both the inspiration and your version are just incredible. You've really captured that colonial aesthetic. This would make great sense as a church of Poseidon, could you be persuaded to tweak the text?
  18. I love the fact that, among all those arms and armaments, it's a pair of scissors that that soldier really wanted! A really nice build overall. The Canon will note that you chose not to support the clerics, however.
  19. I love that all your plots are connecting up! Great fun, and a really nice little build. We'll have to keep an eye on this cult of Athena, though. Sounds suspiciously heretical.
  20. A nice vignette. Instantly believable. I'm a purist personally, but I do like those grey uniforms.

  22. Can anyone tell me whether the Lavalette Mint Royale has been licensed, please?
  23. FTFY. In all seriousness, this is a fun build, really nicely managed.
