This thread is his entire career progression. He started out as a Padre four years ago, and has been promoted to Abbé, Canon and then Bishop.

Introducing Bishop François - the "Hawk of Hades". His secretary, Monsieur Gallo, you already know. He will also be accompanied by his fourth bodyguard in as many years (after Merde the Murderer, Mad Hamish MacSpud and Helmut Von Braun), Michel Saint-Clare, Knight Commander of the Knights Treasurer.

[SR -FB] - Hilto, Uncle's Pawnbroker's
Ross Fisher replied to omnihash_cz's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I'm getting strong Diagon Alley vibes from this one. I love the idea of a pawnbrokers, too. A lot of flavour there. I would love to see an interior for this building. It could be really cool. -
A great idea. You’ve got my seal of approval!

This is another great build. I've always loved the wheel arch window frames. Nice work -

Muahahahaa! Canon François is now a Bishop (after a bit of negotiation with the council - thanks @KotZ for letting me harrass you on that one). I promise he will be worthy. -
[COR - FB] ETTC House, Spudkirk
Ross Fisher replied to Spud The Viking's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Having worked in the West end of London, this is absolutely what most of the buildings there look like. One query; is that a certain Monsieur Henri Hollande, of the RNTC? It looks very similar to him... -
[OL - FB] Essian Reiterhaus, Fort Arltrees
Ross Fisher replied to Khorne's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Nice build.I could definitely stand to see some Gothic vampire mansion builds. Needs to happen. -
Oleon: Sign-up and Discussion, Era II

I don't think we do. The entry for the Order is pretty minimal. While I'm willing to develop the lore, I think the GMs wanted to keep it minimal in order to leave room for people to develop their own stories. The only other one I can think of is St Arltrees. In all seriousness, I was thinking of building a library of heretical texts somewhere (Got to know your enemy to defeat 'em!). Maybe a bunch of religious libraries would be appropriate? When and where that will happen, I'm not sure. -
[ESL- Ch IV, Cat F] The Dragon’s Lair
Ross Fisher replied to Capt Wolf's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
A neat, spooky build. I'd love to see an "after" shot with it all really nicely done up. Suspect that this place won't get that treatment, though.- 12 replies

Brethren of the Brick Seas (BoBS) Intro Thread, Era II
Ross Fisher replied to Bregir's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
If nothing else, I need to see that! I suspect the verdict will be based on the quality of the build. Builders have been penalised for delivering low-quality builds before, so it depends how good you can go with just Duplo. -
Yeah, that's a really neat little build.

That's phenomenal. Kinda agree with @Khorne that it doesn't necessarily look like a roof. Still, maximum points for effort!

Introducing Commodore Spoon
Ross Fisher replied to Captain Braunsfeld's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I hear that. One thing I will say about BoBS is that people try really hard to respond to every build, and it is really appreciated. -

There y'go. I've given it a fave on Flickr. Never say that I don't reward a fishing expedition! -
José's Inn - Ye Olde BoBS Drinking Hole
Ross Fisher replied to Darnok's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Oh hell no! Let the man have that as a Large. It's not perfect, but it is a damn good build. I've submitted worse things as finished builds. -

Yeah, I'm really enjoying that too. I think @Kwatchi set up such a promising plot line with the Black Bishop. I'm just paying it off in a few small ways.
