  1. 75005 Rancor Pit had an RRP of £59.99 if I remember correctly (link) If it's around that price point, it's in T-16 and AAT territory, but I'll be happy with anything. And, it's possible that they'll count Han twice.....pre-carbonite and post!
  2. It's been posted on MintInBox (link) and as I mentioned yesterday, we've got a dedicated thread for 2016 rumours (here) so please keep this thread for 2015 And, regarding the recent comments, everyone has the right to their own opinion and, provided that you respect that others may have a different one, that's fine. I'm sure that TLG will release details of the sets when it's ready, and until then I'm happy to wait.
  3. Hi everyone, please can we keep this thread for 2015 sets. I'll move the recent posts about the 2016 sets to the dedicated thread in a bit And yes, I'm very excited about the possibility of a Bespin set
  4. How many views does EB get each day/week/month? It would be interesting to see some stats as the SW blog reached 1 million recently
  5. Thanks wyrm12, if the 'Bespin Carbon Freezing Chamber' is true I'll be a very happy AFOL next year! A set similar to the current Final Duel (75093) would be perfect. I haven't been too excited by the majority of sets that have been released in the last couple of days, but that would be a first day purchase for me
  6. Hi Jim, and welcome to Eurobricks! For future reference we already have a dedicated 'What's your recent LEGO Star Wars Purchase?' (link); I'll merge this thread with it in a bit Cheers, Robin
  7. Hi Cecilie, that's certainly a very usual combination, but it's beautifully executed and the splashes of bright colours make a nice change from the typical SW colours! Both the Dragon and Nine-tail fox look great, the latter is also very cute! Good luck with the competition
  8. I'd guess they part 52040 (link) but hopefully Richpepperell will be able to confirm
  9. Please keep this thread for 2016 Pictures and Rumours. If you want to talk about sets that you'd like to see in the future please use the dedicated thread (link)
  10. Thanks for the review duboismerci, great work! I've added the poll as requested. Cheers, Robin
  11. Hi jeffmcclain, congratulations on completing this masterpiece! I'm almost tempted to have a bash at it myself, as you've managed to find an affordable alternative to the magnets (I costed them last year for Anio's Executor but they are getting prohibitively expensive, so I'd given up with the idea). I hope you don't mind but I've deeplinked one of the photos into your post, so everyone can see how impressive it is. Cheers, Robin
  12. Great work Micky, that looks really impressive! If you're looking to improve it I'd suggest some more detailing on the roof sections (perhaps including a few antenna, or maybe the odd satellite dish!). I wouldn't make it all tan though, I think a few greys and dark tans help to break it up a little
  13. Hi Richpepperell, for MOCs or Star Wars-related photos it's absolutely fine, and I don't think that anyone would 'frown' upon it. The only time it might not be allowed is during competitions and that would be clearly stated in the rules, although we usually allow one 'full edit' per entry. I hope that helps
  14. Thanks for sharing this, a truly great MOC! And....
  15. Hi angiedu75, and welcome to Eurobricks! For future reference there's a general Q&A thread pinned to the top of the forum. I'll merge this thread with it in a bit In reply to your question, the Star Wars 'Visual Dictionary' may be a good starting point and it includes a list of all sets, apart from the very latest ones (link here). If you're looking to buy current sets, websites like Amazon often have them at 20-40% off, so it's well worth looking around. Discontinued sets are often more expensive, but you can sometimes find good deals on Ebay and Bricklink. However, as with anything, just have a good look at the feedback first!
  16. Hi Doug, unfortunately the LBG levers are very expensive, and in short supply. There are some for sale on Bricklink (here) but unless you're prepared to spend a fortune it may be worthwhile considering either the Black/LBG version which are a fraction of the cost (about 1-2p each) or possibly painting them yourself. I did notice that someone on Ebay was selling painted ones, which looked pretty good which may be an option. I used the Black/LBG version on my Bricklinked Falcons and they didn't look too bad!
  17. I don't think you can be certain about anything, especially when it's LEGO, just look at what happened with 10224 - Town Hall However, a lot of the larger sets seem to be in short supply at the moment so I wouldn't worry too much. That said it's been available for almost two years so it's getting to a stage where it could be discontinued (I'd guess that it could be within the next 6 months, especially considering the release of the new movie).
  18. Hi thebavarian, and welcome to Eurobricks! There's a parts list for it on Rebrickable (link)
  19. Hi JPN366 For future reference there's a general SW Q&A thread pinned to the top of the forum. I'll merge this thread with it in a bit Cheers, Robin

  21. Hi Cjd223, thanks for sharing I hope that you don't mind but I've deeplinked the image in your original post. For future reference here's a few instructions to do this (it may be different depending on the browser you're using, but hopefully it might be a useful starting point): i) Select the photo in flickr and click on the download 'arrow' in the bottom-right of the screen ii) Select 'View all sizes' and then click on the hyperlink for your preferred size (maximum of 600 x 800!) iii) Next right-click on the photo and select 'Properties'. If you're using Chrome you can just select 'Copy image URL' and go to step v) iv) Next copy the 'Address: (URL)' details (it will start 'https:' and end with 'jpg' v) Next create a new thread in Eurobricks and click on the 'image' icon on the toolbar (it looks like a framed tree!) vi) Paste in the copied photo address in the 'URL' and click 'OK' Cheers, Robin
  22. Hi Meller, and welcome to Eurobricks! For future reference there's a general SW Q&A thread pinned to the top of the forum. I'll merge this with it in a bit A small part of my collection is on display in a darkened room, and the rest are carefully hidden away in their original boxes! Cheers, Robin
  23. Hi Richpepperell, and welcome to Eurobricks! It's always good to see something from Cloud City, and you've done a great job. The detailing on the antenna assembly is particularly good. I hope you don't mind but I've deeplinked a couple of the photos from flickr. 24. Hi Cjd223, I don't know if you've already seen it but there's a thread on Brickset Forum that may be of help (link), especially the last couple of pages! Cheers, Robin
  25. Hi Bantha Fodder, TLG Customers Services are usually great with this sort of thing. A couple of years ago I had a C-3PO with eyes that were mis-printed and he looked rather odd to say the least! They sent me a replacement head free of charge; I'd just give them a call or send an email
