Looks cool, are there drawers or slide out trays or something under the bed? If not then it does pretty much look like a flat bed truck, in which case it sits way to high. I have seen those Aussie trucks before on various tv shows like Aussie Gold Hunters, so I do see how they look a little different and yes they put them on anything, lol. Looks like a good fit for this set, well done.

Lol, yeah definitely take it outside or in the garage, shop area.

I can vouch for the make up brush, it works very well and can be had relatively cheap if you shop around a bit. No need to buy the high dollar ones. If that doesn't do a good enough job then I usually just disassemble and wash with hot soapy water. I like to put all the pieces in a colander, submerged in hot soapy water, not too hot though. Soak for an hour or two, stir the parts around a bit while soaking, then rinse and dry.

Yeah most unlikely, I would agree, kind of a shame though. -

Yep that's what they are, I see now, thought it was possibly a different part. Even if I do have quite a few of them more will be welcomed, thanks. -

Man, I really hope not, that would be a huge disappointment for me, lol. So has this $500 set been confirmed, as in there is going to be one? -

Hmm, are those tiles on the wings new or semi-rare, don't think I have ever noticed them before. 1x2 flat tiles angled. -
Definitely don't use a Dremel tool, lol, it will heat up the plastic and melt it into little balls as you cut it.

I have always liked these smaller sets, gives me a good chance to build my parts supply on the cheap, without any buyers remorse, lol. Sometimes too the larger sets are good enough, that I hate to break them down for parts, like to keep the sets parts intact.

My LEGO Technic De-yellowing station (no sun required)
Johnny1360 replied to vaxlt's topic in General LEGO Discussion
There is a thread about this somewhere about this already and a chemist actually tries to explain it all. I'll see if I can find it. I do like that setup too, looks like it works good vaxit. -
Since I already have a bucket of pull back motors, I decided long ago to not buy anymore sets with them in it, lol. As with many things LEGO does, I just can't understand why, lol. Only way I will get this is if I find it for at least 30% discount, just for parts. I did enjoy the review though and it helped me make up my mind, thanks Jim.

Cool, the end results were great for such a long arduous way of scaling it, looks very close to the real thing, any closer and it couldn't be LEGO, right? And yes it would be great to see those other build process pictures too, I just love this plane. All the hard work that went into it definitely shows.

Lego City 2022 Rumours, Leaks, Information And Discussion
Johnny1360 replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
I do like how they made the City sets to join up to one another now, always wondered why there wasn't more of that. Funny but I looked at all the sets before reading everyone's opinions and for the most part are quite pleased with the whole wave, more than usual in fact and pretty much agree with what has already been said by others, that seem to like the sets. What does surprise me though is how many don't seem to care for most of the sets. Makes me wonder if I'm crazy, lol, oh well, I might change my mind after I build a couple of them. Definitely picking up the space set's though, hopefully many don't care for these sets, I may actually be able to find them, lol. -
Lol, yep.

I like the bags not because I can feel them and cheat by taking all the good ones, lol. I do like to be at least reasonably sure I am not buying 4 or 5 of the same ones though. I am more about getting a selection for my builds instead of grabbing up all of the one figure everyone wants but can't find.

connecting leads to battery pack on volvo 6x6
Johnny1360 replied to Rusty43's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I don't have this set, so not sure how to help. I do find it strange the instructions are of no help though and with all the other issues you are having with this set, maybe LEGO just isn't for you lol. Seriously though maybe start out with a few simpler builds, until you get the hang of it.
