  1. Yes I have some photos of the real Delta engine but I could not figure out how to reproduce it. So I put a V6 engine just to "add an engine". Do you have some suggestions? Thank you in advance!
  2. Some progress on the chassis. I've added a small fake v6 engine + steering via steering wheel and Hog on the back (still a work in progress). I'm working also on bodywork but with no success at the moment. I'm not sure I will complete the model by the deadline of the contest, I need to buy many parts and with the covid restrictions I'm not sure to have them in time. I will complete the model anyway.
  3. I am not bored by looking at Mocs, but I think some people will stop at first page and will vote without looking at all the other mocs. A summary would be useful also for a fast final "check" of the selected entries a person would like to vote... (I chose number... 58 or 59? Fast check ) But I can live also without the summary.
  4. You can make a collage. My suggestion to @Jim is, when the entry topic will be closed, to make a summary chart of all the entries with a small photo near each entry name. I think that with so many entries, the entry topic will be very long (many pages) and people could get bored surfing all those pages, so the last entries will be disadvantaged. I don't know if it is possible, but I think it will make a little easier to vote.
  5. Wonderful! Compliments for this work. Why at the end there are no wheelarches?
  6. Very good looking B models here!
  7. The beginning is really promising! I like how you modelled the front
  8. Hello, I show you my latest C model based on set 42098 The truck is a Man Tgx with tipper. It has full pendular suspensions, hand of God steering and opening doors. The tipper body is raised with a gear rack. Side walls of the tipper can be opened. The helicopter is built mainly with the dark azure parts from the car provided with the set. It has functional propellers and a hinch to move a generic load. Here is a simple video showing the models in action: Instructions are available in Rebrickable (the complete model or the truck only). https://rebrickable.com/users/technicprojects/mocs/
  9. I like the mix of Technic and System parts to improve the exterior look. Very nice model, very detailed
  10. @sirslayer Here is the link: https://ideas.lego.com/content/project/link/578cb75e-b72c-48a1-9686-ca35fd659d1b When I will have some time I will try to make a digital model and change colours. Thank you
  11. I've reached yesterday 5000 supporters on Lego Ideas, so I took new photos of the truck with updated chromed rims I still need a lot of votes to reach 10k!
  12. Really interesting. I will complete chassis and test everything. Maybe I could reduce total turning radius to reduce the problem you are talking about
  13. Hello, I decided to join the contest because I find it really creative and inspiring. I'd like to rebuild my child-dream car: Lancia Delta Martini. At the moment I only started scaling it to the contest dimensions. I started building this morning the front axle, trying a way to make an Ackermann steering geometry, here is the very simple result: Enjoy
  14. Recently Lego is doing a great job hiding new releases until the release date.
  15. If you will go for a Ferrari, put a yellow bush at the end of wheel axles and you will have a Ferrari !
  16. I have made 2 new versions of my Volvo truck. A 2 axle and a 3 axle tractor units. Both models are built with parts from set 42078 Mack Anthem. The functions are simple: steering and opening doors. The 4x2 tractor has adjustable rear height. The fifth wheel is the same of the Mack model, so there are many compatible trailers. Instructions can be found here: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-37849/technicprojects/volvo-fh-tractor-unit-2-options/#bi I hope you like it!
  17. It looks very solid and well designed! Yes maybe steering is not perfect. Personally I don't like the not-Lego wheels, but I like everything else. Well done!
  18. Really well done! I always appreciate your c models
  19. Very well done, as usual! I'm hyped to see what @M_longer means saying "Lat's say that this model is just a prelude for something sleeker and much advanced (keep in mind that three motors and hub are left unused) ;) "
  20. Lego Technic facebook page has just posted a teaser video with The Stig. Is there an upcoming model Top Gear related? Or is it just to promote 42109 again?
  21. It is awesome! Do you have some photos too?
  22. I think 42094 parts are very suitable for a snow groomer. Your model is very well done!
