  1. One was sunk and the other no longer looks the same as when I posted but is the same ship lol
  2. Ha so I wasn't far off with magical fishing wire.... Its just called spider wire not magic fishing wire lol! Good "gimmick" can this be bought at any magic shop? How expensive is it and what weight can it hold? Did you just "clamp" it between one of the Lego joints?
  3. I have two of those myself lol. I do still plan to show them at BrickWorld this year!
  4. Magical fishing wire?
  5. I'm not so electric fan but this caught my attention. It is well designed and looks convincing. The detail in the cars is not unnoticed either!
  6. Can you link more shots of it in action? I think this is well composed. I love the fact you included the driver head it looks very convincing
  7. I love the country cottage! The pond is a nice touch. And the tents are well done. The beam techniques work well.
  8. Very clever little build... Always good to see knuckle draggers
  9. I think my favorite part of this build is the organ loft!
  10. Looks more like a guarded storehouse disguised as a "residence" to me... What be yee hidin in thar shack wit nay winders me boy? An ifin yee not hidin why for does it need guardin? Ooc: I like the way you've tried to replicate the old sawbuck shacks. As few of them had windows as glass was scarce. The chimney fits well into the build. My only "gripe" is the lack of surrounding vegetation. But I suppose we could chalk that up to clear cutting practices of early logging!
  11. It looks good in the video any chance to get some stills?
  12. I love it lol! Great use of the boat again. I like how it's a news stand but really a cartographers stand! And the monkey mass produced maps is a nice touch!
  13. Ha this is great well done. I really love the gallery! And the stuffed animals lol
  14. I use brickstuff and brick loot for lighting. I highly recommend it as it just adds another wow factor... Especially in a city scene. The nice thing about brickstuff is they are really easy to deal with. I was able to make a custom wiring kit for my emerald night with flickering firebox and forward and reverse lighting and an option for cab lighting all with exact wire measurements so I wasn't stuffing extra wire somewhere .. Just took a few emails back and forth. The thing I like about brick loot is they put their leds in bricks so you don't have to get creative to hide the led just the wire. Plus now that they offer custom wire strings I've enjoyed using them as well for vehicles.
  15. Will you be traveling up to BrickWorld Fort Wayne this year? Would love to see this in person... Share some pot designs I have for my own brewery lol
  16. Thank you! That really is a great crane seeing it that way!
  17. I really like the concept... But love the crane... Perhaps could you give some more detail shots of just the crane... I love the design
  18. I would love to help assemble a project of this size! Sadly your a bit too far for me to travel lol
  19. This turned out quite well... I'm still not sure if I like the duplo horse but it's very well integrated and suits the ship quite well! The rigging and sails are quite nice as well.
  20. I really like the detailing you included in this. Thank you for sharing the way you did the doorway that is magnificent! I like that it was an actual building design as it looks quite striking! I know the brick count is insane to ease the cost have you considered duplo to give support under the platforms and inside? Or do you plan to build the interior eventually?
  21. Great minds think alike... Do you have more pictures of your hall... Or Hogwarts castle per chance I intend to do something similar

  23. Colony Name: New Nassau Ownership: Sea Rats Location: Island #21 Blond Beach, Mud Beach Island Map: Geographical Features: Just a finger's depth beneath the soil of this island is a foul-smelling yellow loam, for which it is named. The island's beaches are stained yellow as the soil is eroded into the sea. On the interior of the island, amidst great tropical trees, can be found mud pits of the self-same yellow earth, dug out by boars, or other beasts. The Island's southern side has several fresh-water lakes. Island Rumors: It is said that the natives wear this mud to prevent getting bitten by the island's insects. 24. The very first thing that grabbed me was the road and the cattails! Well done. Overall I like the docks and warehouse however, I feel they are too "empty" for a busy place such as this would be.
