  1. I will. But you need to buy me the first two NinjaGo Modulars first. :)
  2. In real life the robot dog would have a gun on it. I'm also disturbed by this 'in real life' talk, these are toys, not real like. In real life City sets would not be in jungles, volcanoes or outer space. In real life there isn't a moon space station or a moon base and won't be anytime soon.
  3. So the wishlist is working for you? I have 18 things in mine and every time I try to add another set I get 'You have exceed the limit of 30'. Which 30 is a stupid limit, but 18+1=30 to LEGO.com. I also built 40416 (I think), last year's skating rink GWP. I have 3-4 shades of green. It's really pathetic how far LEGO has fallen.
  4. In real life there isn't a moon base or moon rover or moon space station. People aren't yellow or made from plastic. I do like the last rockets more, but this one looks great for a toy.
  5. The first theme to use those big triangle pieces was actually the 1999 Space Port theme, Arctic and some City Center sets. It seems to be slightly modified now as those pieces on Brickset are listed as 1999-2001.
  6. Those are also really nice, and weirdly cheap. I'm guessing $40USD and $60-$70USD. My only very minor complaint is that the Space Station solar panels don't use the modular piece. But the fact there is one on the right is perfect for the space ship or combine it with the lunar base. This is probably the best space theme in my life.
  7. It's LEGO! You can fix that yourself! No criticism is allowed when it comes to LEGO around here. The alley is 5 wide, Just extend the patio all the way down, you can fit a few chairs and small potted plants. It only be 75 pieces at most. jus1973, the price point is clearly $200USD, however the price every where outside the USA went up, LEGO can afford a few more pieces in the set.
  8. I don't want my LEGO Winter series to be realistic. It's amazing how much bigger the Gingerbread House and Elf Clubhouse are to the Toy Shop and Station and I really love them for that. They look perfect under the tree. I'll take a picture if I ever finish the set up.
  9. The four 'EPIC' battle sets are 36%-39% off at Walmart.com. They look like fun so I bought them with two (two was the max) Bandmates Series 2.
  10. Yep. Still hate that yellow. I don't like the neon yellow or it with the teal, but I do appreciate that LEGO is making European inspired vehicles.
  11. I have the redone Toy Shop, Train, Train Station, Elf Club and Gingerbread. Elf Clubhouse is my favorite. It looks amazing, a good size and a much better build than the gingerbread house. Try to grab it with a 'free' gift promo in the next 11 months. Well worth it. Plus you are a City person and it would make a cute house in a city.
  12. To me it you would need to break it up in the first 5-6 and the later modulars because LEGO introduced so many new pieces. Heck Cafe Corner doesn't have window pieces! The cinema would be the last of the old style or the first of the new. So in old style my favorite would be Green Grocer. The new one would be impossible for me to say between PR, DO and AS.
  13. ^A second floor restaurant that leads out to the terrace would be awesome. This is still the first modular since the diner that just doesn't well next to other, I don't mean architecture style, I mean literally. So that's something new from LEGO. Also I have no idea what would be the best modular ever, but it won't be this one by spring.
  14. I live near a horrible zoo run by the city and should have been closed years ago. It's why I like rehab zoos. LEGO really should do a zoo like they do farm, have a set or two every year that fits into that subtheme. Even if it's just a small vehicle with an animal in an inclosure. Then have a $70-$100 'entrance' set with a gate, a helicopter to catch escaped animals (because every set needs a helicopter), a food stall and gift shop. Come on LEGO. Make it happen. Watch they do someday then it gets canceled for not meeting 'quality standards'.
  15. What's the point of having a ramp or access to the ground floor if there is no way for the wheelchair to go upstairs? LEGO again has that whole useless alley, they could have made a four wide elevator there.
  16. Assumption - a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof. That's not what I'm doing at all. Some AFOLs act like LEGO is their leader, their religion, their only friend. It's sad and pathetic, but it's the case. Don't act like LEGO is a cult leader and I won't call it out. LEGO makes mistakes, LEGO lies to us all the time. They are a company, it's what they do. Don't needlessly defend them and I won't call it out.
  17. I agree. I do not think LEGO would ever do a circus. Nor should they. a zoo isn't perfect, but a rescue rehab zoo would be fine.
  18. Because many AFOLs think LEGO is their god, their best (only) friend and frankly are in a cult. I'm sick of it and the reason I will disappear for months at a time. I love LEGOs but I hate the community.
  19. Oh really? That's why a TMNT set had to be redone after release? IS that why an Antman set had to be redone after release? Is that why these mechs had to canceled / delayed when I guarantee you some stores have already been sent them?
  20. The anglerfish is used in the Stuntz sets. Unless we get a circus set I don't see the lions being used again anytime soon.
  21. You literally just stick the bathrooms in the 5 stud wide square section in the back behind the stair cases. It wouldn't do anything to change the shape of the front.
  22. LEGO doesn't test things. They make 700 sets a year and just keep throwing products out the door. They figured such a small change in a build shouldn't be an issue. But in the last six months they had three HUGE mistakes, the North America Stuntz cars weren't built right, the second GWP set gets canceled and the issues with the mechs.
  23. The 2022 animals are all much smaller and will hopefully be used in sets for years and years to come. The 2021 Safari animals are very theme aimed and large.
  24. The bathroom issue isn't a big deal to me, however LEGO could have easily added them to the left side that looks funny next to every modular. Plus there is no back door under the stairs to get to the trash can.
  25. What the heck is going on at LEGO? The design is fine so it must be an issue with the bricks. North America had issues with the Stuntz motorcycles and Brickset is now saying the Marvel mechs are canceled / delayed.
