    Maybe LEGO will make Neko a prequel to NinjaGo to drum up sales. LEGO often makes odd choices for helmet colors. I've been on a Power Miners kick recently and the first year those blue helmets really should have been white. That's my main complaint with the line.

    It's the catalog toy shops buy the sets from. just means second wave of sets.

    I was hoping this is where it was leading. Have knights on Earth fight lava monsters, forest creature, sea creatures, then air and space rock monsters. Instead it's been 'ehhh' with the Knights colors getting uglier and uglier.

    I forgot my Brickset password but I think it's about 850. But there are some I don't have listed, and a lot of polybags in that. I'd say I have 2,500-3000 minifigures.

    I want Nintendo theme sets, so much there. Metriod for Space, Zelda for Castle, Mario and Yoshi. I'd also like a return of Avatar / Korra. So many cool sets they could make. All we ever got were two rather weak sets before the franchise became popular.

    I think that's exactly the praise LEGO wants from a knights theme, otherwise LEGO wouldn't have made a knights theme with flying ships and a castle on wheels.

    That piece still isn't great. Plus why release a new dress piece right after making a new wedding set? LEGO should just make a completely new piece and call it a day. One that is stil rather flat to be printed on, but in case it's plain have a little bit rounded and a fancy base. That new piece barely looks different.

    It's a LEGO City building set, I'm sure there will be a helicopter in it. I think that's a LEGO rule.

    You're probably right. I was hoping it was a a slim chance that we get more Vampire Borg. The very vehicles LEGO made has been the best space based sets LEGO has made in years.

    I know I was pretty white before Christmas and somehow changed ethnicity. I like the faces too, but I understand why people don't like that one change.

    Maybe that's him, the picture was kind of 'bleh'. I thought it was more dark blues though. I didn't pass on all of wave two, I got several sets from Santa because Santa got them for really cheap.

    Where did you see that? LEGO usually releases MOST PROFITABLE set lists, not best selling. It is a great set though, it's the best in the theme. But Nexo clearly isn't selling well otherwise I wouldn't have a pile of them for 50%+ off and there wouldn't be rumours for the past year of it's death. I'm hoping we get more sets. NEXO reminds me of Exo-Force. Obviously EXO is better but the second year was lackluster and lead to the death even when season 3 was great. I feel that's what happens here. I want a vampire Borg castle and some more vehicles, they are wonderful. (The knights sets still look like a child puked up crayons.) But I did come across an Instagram picture with a very blue King and the new Solo dog.

    Farm for me. Zoo wouldn't include enough animals. Fun at the Ski resort would fit into the ice theme LEGO did with Friends this year and always good with the Winter Village sets.

    There are Walmarts about 30-40 miles from me that had several Heligoyle for $7 and another store with 3 for $3. So new sets sold out quickly before their official release? That's your argument for the theme not being a failure? Even LEGO themselves admitted the series hasn't sold as well as they have hoped. One reseller could go into a store and buy the sets on ebay goign "Rare!!!" because they weren't released in all stores yet. I don't see Nexo on the shelf because local Walmarts and Targets haven't wasted their time with the theme in about a year. That's probably why Toys R Us sold out because the few fans there were bought all the sets there. However I own about a dozen sets and I think all of them are are from Toys R Us when they had then for nearly 50%. Besides the Fortrex which was Target for 40% off for about two years, even right up to Christmas it was 30% off.

    Which is my point. Let's wait and see how the 5 2018 sets sell. However I think they are DOA. The sales for Nexo have always been huge, stores don't even sell a lot of the sets anymore. But three years is good for a theme. Time to move on to whatever LEGO comes up with next. As long as the theme isn't replaced by yet another license set.

    But there are 8-9 pages of just that. I'm new here, but that's insane to me.

    There are really just ten pages of 'it's canceled', 'no it's not', 'yes it is', 'no it's not because I say so'? The theme is dead unless the vampire Borg sets sell super well like what happened with NinjaGo and 'The finale battle'.

    Beautiful. I lvoe the roofing it looks like slate with the texture.

    I love the black / trans green coloring, but I feel like the vampire Borg would better fit into the NinjaGo universe.

    My ideal Christmas Tree is one I can easily get to my car.

    Beautiful work. The red is powerful but not overbearing with the excellent details.
