My sister was complaining that the minidolls in the advent weren't festival enough. I was explaining that the designers might have been holding back their budget for the reboot. Thanks for the picture, that's amazing. I built 41712, the recycling truck. It's nice for the $5 I paid (Kohl's Cash) but it's not $20 nice. Really a $15 set at best.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Maple replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
That is the dumbest LEGO article I ever read. 12-10 for most of the world is October 12. So we are two months late. Honestly this is getting to just ridiculous levels of stupid. -

First part is super concerning to me. Last part is super impressive. However you can still do that. Even if it's revealed on December 31 and sold the next day. Just don't look at the instructions. -
Lego City 2022 Rumours, Leaks, Information And Discussion

Just because it's not retiring doesn't mean there is any proof that it's selling. It's currently on sale in the USA for 20% off at Target, $56. There is also a $10 gift card when you spend $50, so in a way it's $46. It's currently 106th best selling set out of the 164 sets that have the special offer. That's not wel to me. The best selling sets at Target for the last month have been $10 sets and the botany sets. -

I agree with Roebuck, you can't buy it the day it's announced, what difference does it make? Plus as soon as it's revealed then there are hundreds of days to wait for the next one. -

Honestly the flat earthers and lizard people conspiracy theories have nothing against the theories LEGO fans come up with. -
Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
Maple replied to LegoPercyJ's topic in LEGO Licensed
I'm I'm not going down the rabbit hole of prices again butI can't think of any average sets (Not huge exclusive sets) that aren't cheaper in Europe. -

They should add the pieces. That way the USA gets them first. It would almost (not really) make up for the outrageous price differences between the USA and Europe on many sets. -
And your point is.....?
-
They can always make a hair piece that has a hearing aid or a pin that attaches to the hairpiece.

It really does depend if LEGO can print on the side of minidoll heads.

I don't miss the big figs. I like Sandy as a minifigure better, but just weird there was no official talk about it.

Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces

I felt like I was forgetting something all week, it was I didn't order the calves! They were in stock for once when I looked and only like $2.xx. I could have bought 20 of them and gotten the two GWP. Now they are completely gone. -

How about orders placed before Halloween? Any promise they will show up before the new year? -
We talked about it in the past, but clearly the big figs have been retired. Has there been any official word or interviews with designers? It's a second year without any in any themes that I remember. I figured someone would have clarified why LEGO moved away from them.

Lego City 2023 Leaks, Rumours, Speculation And Discussion

All of the 2023 $10 sets are great, in every theme. Very happy about that considering all the horrible price hikes. Shouldn't it be DCMV? -

Areas near the Department of Motor Vehicles? Do you drive in the city with a helmet on? I do like those batteries and when it hits $6-7USD I'm picking it up. -

I lived in Rochester NY for a few years and the amount of deer and ground hogs was amazing. They were more numerous then rats. So pretty much all wildlife works for me. -
I just noticed the purple wheelchair in the skateboard set. Long overdue that LEGO makes a new piece for minidollars. The brick built versions weren't good.

I hate being right but that's a cute polybag.
-
I never did get that Polybag and it's one of the better ones LEGO has made recently.
-
I agree, but the set number being weird makes me think it's a polybag or one of those 4 pack minifigure packs that are exclusive to LEGO.
-
Could it be a polybag?

CHEAP MONKEY KID SETS?!?!?! They look good and LEGO would have charged $5 more for them in the past.
