  1. Side punch aren't a good idea. 'jocking :) Good luck :)
  2. I'm not sure to keep the doubled wheels, maybe not. Some work last week. And some improvement still to be made. Sorry, again, for the bad quality of the photos, my reflex will be available for the final shooting.
  3. Some work yesterday. Sorry for the shitty picture, my phone isn't great for that. First impression matters, so the De Vil is now fitted with its headlight. It has also been completed with all its wheels and engines and is wacky function -sidepunch- that has been succesfully tested The issue now is the final design. I made a test of what could be a rat-rod look before disassebled my model to have the right part in the right color, but its not what i expected. Not aggessive enough it just look like a big box on wheel. I may change the design to something more curved and dynamic.
  4. Sorry for the Double post. So, I have been out of home for a few days, so the work have not really evolved. Some little improvment, however: the chassis is it final dimension (need some reinforcement to avoid bending) and all the electrical part is now installed: 1 rechageable battery box 1 PF XL for propulsion 1 PF-Servo for steering 2 PF-L for the side punch (1 on each side) 2 PF-LED Until the week-end I will try to finish the steering and engine aspect so i can start the body work . I am still not sure of what will be the final design*, so i may make more than one test. To be continued.
  5. Nice big baby, and very good work. Congrat'
  6. I realy like the idea behind the concept, I will look forward to see more, good luck.
  7. The only thing i can say is "half rat-rod, half dragster" You should see that in the next update
  8. Not a big change, technically this is a tank with a steering wheel https://i.pinimg.com/736x/3e/3c/f9/3e3cf98ec59a593ed463422c78301a25--division-wwii.jpg (Sorry i can't use the spoiler tool on mobile)
  9. Your idea sounds and good and crazy but i would recommend you to ask @Jim if the skid steering is acceptable for the contest.
  10. Yep, it's a combination between Formula "Devil" and the Disney's character Cruella De Vil whose car is one source of inspiration for the final design
  11. Very nice work. I particulary like the third axle which can be motorized or not.
  12. Hello Eurobrick, I wasn’t sure to participate to the TC 12 contest, but i had some idea that i could work on, so, here’s my WIP. I present you the Formula De Vil. In theory: Design: will be a mix between a rat-rod and a dragster. With big engine. Color: “I work only in black, and sometime very very dark grey” – Batman. Kidding, I would like to have a super hype black/red vehicle, but 100% chance I will not have enough part. I will do my best and try not to spend a fortune in spare part to have the right color. Propulsion : Rear wheel drive through PF-XL Steering : front wheel through PF-Servo Wacky function : lateral punch (to be confirmed) actuated by PF-L . Work is still on the draft phase, and still a lot of issue to be solved, but it’s fun. I will post update later, bye.
  13. Actually I did a previous version, two years from now, all wheel drive and all wheel steer, but i had several issue with the chassis which bend a lot due to the heavy weight
  14. Well these MOC can fit all aircraft but I have a special affection for the A380, I can sometime see one of them leaving the factory when I'm lucky enough.
  15. Thanks everyone for your comment. Make an aircraft would be something possible, if I had to choose I would prefer something made it of studfull. But an A380 in this scale would be more than 3m long.
  16. I will keep in mind for the next time to prepare my post in MS Word. It is way to easy to hit the wrong key on the keyboard :)
  17. Hello Eurobricks, (sorry, posted by mistake , I'm currently writing the topic) That's OK now. If you get tired of airport vehicle, you can still escape. I had some time to kill during my forced holidays, so I present you my latest MOC, a baggage belt loader. This kind of vehicle are used to delicately load you baggage in the bulk cargo room of aircraft. The belt is made of two parallel tread sliding on studeless beam and are actuated by a PF-M motor + Worm gear (and some gear inside the conveyor). The U-shape prevent the tread to move. Regarding the other function, you can find steering (through PF-Servo motor), propulsion (through PF-M motor) and the elevation of the coveyor (through PF-M motor and linear actoator) Except the smal size of the model there is no real complexity in this MOC. I tried to add some small detail to make it look better, I'll let you discover them in the here below video. thank you for reading Complete album on Flickr : https://flic.kr/s/aHsm78fkMT
  18. There'a a lot of chance I will skip my turn on this one. I had in project to build a (almost wacky) race vehicle, but no wacky function was planned inside and i have -honestly- no idea of what to do as wacky function. So it will probably be a simple MOC out of the contest.
  19. Agree. By the way, those are are really specific vehicle, and quite rare in lego (technic) so it's good to see other variant from other builder.
  20. This is pure coincidence I saw @Uranox video on Youtube only few hours after posting mine on youtube/eurobrick. We just had the same idée in the same time. In fact this is not the first time it happen. My previous MOC was a catering truck, posted on Youtube on July 5th, few days later @BrickbyBrickTechnic was releasing his own Now I'm pretty curious, will my next have a doppelgänger too? (it will probably be not another airport vehicule)
  21. @BrickbyBrickTechnic, it is 60 x 22 x 10 cm (or 75 x 27 x 12 studs) Actually ... I had enough light bluish gray panel to make it full gray, by i didn't like the idea. My favourite color theme would have been the AST-1X prototype's one but i didn't have enough yellow panel
  22. Thanks for yous comment, I appreciate. I will keep in mind the decals and picture with an aircraft. There is 90% of chance I'll redo this vehicle later. However, the MOC from @BrickbyBrickTechnic isn't really at the same scale, the tug is really bigger. This would be more credible (this is another of my moc (here) i did just before come on Eurobricks). You will appreciate my incredible Photoshop skills. Talking about scale ... An A380 should be 3m long. Not impossible for some furious builder
  23. This is just amazing. Can't find another word.
  24. Hi everyone, I’m please to introduce you my latest MOC, the Aircraft Super Tug, an attempt to make something inspired from the Goldhofer AST-1X 1360 used for moving biggest aircraft including A380 on airport platform. If you’re curious there’s some nice videos on Youtube. The MOC: [ All images are available on Flickr There is some basic function controlled through SBrick inside: Propulsion (1 PF XL) Steering (1 PF-M) through several mini linear actuator Catch the aircraft landing gear (1 PF-M): adaptable to different size of wheel Lift/down the aircraft (1 PF-M) through 2 linear actuators A video will explain better : There’s a lot of issues with the functions, the gears don’t engage properly so the truck is unable to move or turn under its own power. Not a great success so maybe I will restart this vehicle from zero one day to make a better version 2. Thank you for your time, best regards,
  25. Both model are great, I'm just not a big fan of the actuator of the dumper's dump... It's a shame Lego didn't make other size for linear actuator. You won a follower on youtube by the way
