  1. If they wanted to chose a character that was both female and from the Ninjago theme, why didn't they go with Nya, a much more central character?
  2. Well, they both look fairly decent and spot-on, but I can't say there's anything extraordinary about their construction. The hair on most BrickHeadz sets is the most intriguing part, but with Mr. Incredible, he just has a pretty simple receding hairline that does the job.
  3. Apparently, she's P.I.X.A.L. from the Ninjago theme. I know, it's a rather strange choice, especially considering that she's not even a main character for the theme. I don't really get it.

Metalbeard's Compound by Austen and Pamela Henry-Biskup, photographed by Patrick Biggs E-41 Skyclipper by JonHall18 R-F Train by dunkleosteus_ldd The Tan and Dark Red on the habitation structure in this creation pairs quite nicely! To me, it vaguely reminds me of experimental streamlined teardrop automobiles of the 1930's, like this one: Here's the original by Jon Hall, which was once submitted as an Ideas project that did gain some headway: LEGO Ideas - The Spirit of Freedom by JonHall18
  5. Good grief, and I thought that other station was ginormous!
  6. Sweet! It's cool to see pieces like that utilized beyond their intended license, especially for something as seemingly distinct as Batman's iconic utility belt. On another note, it looks like her hairpiece is Bright Red after all, not Dark Red from which it seemed earlier.

  8. We haven't even heard of the tiniest of details for absolutely anything in 2019, and you supposedly have pictures of a line of sets based upon something so grotesque?
  9. Vintage Tron Light Cycle by Joe Perez Hey, I've never seen this rendition of Arkham before! I like that corner rock work using the angled plates!
  10. Mighty Joe Young, the original from 1949. It was a fun film to watch, but of course, the gee-whiz dialogue of the main male and female leads can be rather cringy to get through most of the time. Besides that, most of the other characters are well done, particularly on Robert Armstrong's part. And yes, the stop motion animation in this is great, with Joe having a great range of emotion expressed through animation.

  12. Hey, now that is seriously cute, and clever too!
  13. Here's a good look at the Classic Space microfigure from promotional set 5005358 Minifigure Factory.
  14. All three of these look pretty sweet! Particularly, I really dig the arched masonry on the first floor of the Car Salon, I love the Medium Azure roof of @pinioncorp's Hotel, and Brighton Pier's signage is constructed quite nicely!
  15. Man, every time I see his stuff, it's just an explosion for the eyes! Funny, come to think of it, I don't believe I've ever saw this one submission of his before. Kinda a nice concept for a modular train station. That. Is. HUGE.
  16. Really clever usage of those Ultra Agents "app bricks" for the eyes and the feather effect with those dinosaur feet bricks! A pretty brilliant creation you've built here!
  17. Really cute, I dig the retro aesthetic that dish part on the front adds to the truck.
  18. I think Kong works better when approached that way as opposed to Godzilla, at least as a creature that you can emphasize with. By the way, have you ever watched Toho's Shin Godzilla (a.k.a. Godzilla: Resurgence) from 2016? If so, is that worth a watch, for the sake of a more antagonistic take on the character?
  19. Abrams' Star Trek was fun, but it didnt quite hook me enough to want to watch its two follow-up sequels. Can anyone say if they are worthwhile enough? As for Legendary's Godzilla, it was only interesting up until the point the first MUTO reveals itself. After that, meh, I thought it kinda dragged on. The only thing that many others had taken issue with which really didn't really bug me personally was Godzilla's murky, limited screentime, as I kinda liked that approach actually. But still, I just can't buy into the whole savior approach with Godzilla, as I think he works much better as a antagonist, a destructive force of nature if you will.
  20. Quant, British train stations like this are just adorable, as they look like a location right out of Thomas stories.

  22. I'd be a lot more interested in costumed CMFs if they had printing and dual molding like this. Heck, anyone who doesn't care about those guys would then at least have some incentive to purchase them.
