  1. Yep, it'd certainly be most titanic, though alternatively all those parts could be used instead to make a fleet of Retro Rocketship sets. Hmmm, hard decisions...
  2. AB-SO-LUT-ELY!!! Personally, I would've flipped the wings around, but I suppose that just might make it all look too "normal" so to speak.

  4. Well, I do feel that British locomotives have much more fanfare on BOTH sides of the Atlantic compared to American engines, in no small part due to the enduring global popularity of Thomas the Tank Engine.
  5. That's a most lovely little grebbled vignette!
  6. He's followed up with another rendition of the concept, submitted just today! LEGO Ideas - Miniature Train Set 2
  7. Playing further along with @pombe's "pie-in-the-sky" wishlisting, I'd like to see an Art Deco Ocean Liner of a Rocketship from Lego, minifigure-scaled!
  8. It's instead a part of this poll, being a theme released in 2001 and all.
  9. Sure, it's different for a change if anything. Not to mention, it can be reused elsewhere easier than previous Riddler face prints.
  10. Well, while I am a bit of an obsessive in all things Dieselpunk, Sky-Fi, Adventure Pulp, Art Deco, and whatever fantastical spawned out of the '30s and '40s, I confess that I've surprisingly never heard of Rocket Ranger up until you've mentioned it. I can't believe that one slipped under my radar, thanks for mentioning it! Oh yeah, I've got BOATLOADS of inspirational artwork right up that alley saved from around web over on Pinterest. DAMN GOOD STUFF!!! 11. Huh, that's a particularly interesting rumor, as there've been at least a couple of Technic-constructed Land Rover projects on LEGO Ideas that achieved support over the years, yet were rejected in each of their respective reviews.
  12. I'd like to see a commemorative special edition set of these two together: Autoblog - Bugatti La Voiture Noire is absolute elegance and the most expensive new car ever
  13. Could a City Advent Calendar accommodate such a large animal mold/assembly? I mean, that to me does seem like the best place to introduce a reindeer recolor of this stag mold.
  14. I've gotcha even MORE homework... ...here's some microscale Sky-Fi! Flickr - Fredoichi's Sky-Fi
  15. For me, I wish they'd made these Decopunk/Teslapunk monsters (image courtesy of @legozebra). I mean, look at those wings!
  16. Well, since you're new to the theme, ya gotta start with this guy's stuff! Flickr - JonHall18
  17. P.S. He's also created a great many modular building projects for LEGO Ideas besides just this one, such as, for instance... Eurobricks - The Car Wash Eurobricks - The Justice Palace
  18. For reference's sake, here's the creator's ( @paokus ) topic for the project.
  19. You're most welcome!
  20. Ya know, unless I'm mistaken, I believe this may be the first Pirate-themed LEGO Ideas project to ever achieve support!
  21. It's supposed to be based upon/inspired after Greek mythology, something I presume is best at home within this subforum, hence here too.
  22. ...and now it has finally achieved support! Congratulations @paokus!!! The Brick Fan - LEGO Ideas The Pirate Bay Achieves 10,000 Supporters
  23. This project has 477 supporters, but only TWO DAYS left as of the time of this post. Medieval Market by TheLordOfBricks
  24. Heh, I totally missed this yesterday, an excellent index for starts by the way! P.S. The creator of this project in particular ( @LM71Blackbird ) is here on EB!
