  1. In my opinion, rather than being branded under the name of each of their respective films, Lego should've brought both the Incredibles II and the Toy Story 4 lines under the same Disney banner that the minidoll-based Disney Princesses line sits under currently.
  2. Something like, say, plantlife/botanical monsters could be kinda cool to see from the theme.
  3. Here's an alternate wishlist of mine for a potential Series 3: Mickey Mouse (Classic Black/White/Red/Yellow Style) Minnie Mouse (Stylistic Counterpart to Classic-Style Mickey) Goofy Darkwing Duck Launchpad McQuack Cinderella Cinderella's Evil Stepmother Tron (from the Original 1982 Classic) Sark (from 1982's Tron) Sleeping Beauty's Princess Aurora Sleeping Beauty's Prince Phillip Zootopia's Judy Hopps Zootopia's Nick Wilde Toy Story 2's Emperor Zurg Mary Poppins Winnie the Pooh Tigger Princess Merida (from Pixar's Brave)
  4. Say, does anyone here figure this theme could potentially explore other "spooky" tropes in possible future waves, outside of ghosts that is?
  5. Well, even if Lego reasons that minidolls are the best choice for at least the Princess subtheme, consider how they rebranded/re-headlined the "Disney Princesses" theme to merely "Disney" starting in 2017, with the Disney Princess/Film branding relegated to the bottom right-hand corner of the box art. Point being, wouldn't you think branding like that could make the theme inclusive of other Disney properties (besides Disney's Princesses franchise)?
  6. True, though these sets look to be taking after a somewhat "near-future" approach, thereby affording designers some liberties in execution.
  7. Definitely Series 1, merely because it was much more diverse.
  8. That just can't be. After all, being printed onto a White head like that suggests an Astronaut's headsock.
  9. Besides the "garlic clove" breathing apparatus ( ), that head looks pretty sweet with the red-lensed visor!
  10. Aero Engine Racer by GunnBuilding Space Explorers are Back: MISSION to MARS by CaptainRed Oort by Jonathan Walker Damn, that there is some '80s-style slickness!!! Alright, here's his studio shot!
  11. Here are my hopes for a potential Series 3 without accounting plausibility much: Sorcerer's Apprentice Mickey Goofy Snow White The Evil Queen or Witch from Snow White 101 Dalmatians' Cruella de Vil Clift Secord's The Rocketeer Tarzan Jane Porter from 1999's Tarzan Big Hero 6's Hiro Hamada Big Hero 6's Baymax Tangled's Rapunzel Tangled's Flynn Rider Atlantis: The Lost Empire's Milo Thatch Atlantis: The Lost Empire's Princess Kida Pixar's Mr. Incredible (Original Suit) Pixar's Elastigirl (Original Suit) Wreck-It Ralph Vanellope von Schweetz from 2012's Wreck-It Ralph
  12. Say, is that shoulder part on Jafar new?
  13. You think not? No potential for 1950's Spacemen CMFs? Joking aside, they can at least reuse the mold for future comic-based Mysterio figures.
  14. Yeah, regarding representation for Disney's Princesses within these CMSs, they really should've started out with Cinderella and/or Snow White, as the former has acted as the pantheon's face for years, while the latter is much more than a Disney Princess. SHE'S THE TITULAR CHARACTER OF CINEMA'S (NOT JUST DISNEY'S) FIRST EVER FEATURE-LENGTH ANIMATED FEATURE!!!
  15. Um, Atompunk/Astropunk Spacemen? Anybody?
  16. Do you feel that's a good thing or a bad thing?
  17. It's not an absolute given if there'll be a third CMS for Disney; so, until then, I guess speculation of such can take place on either of these two topics: Eurobricks - Disney CMF - Wishlists Eurobricks - LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours On a side note, I completely overlooked Hades' new lower assembly piece!
  18. I know I'm saying this right in the midst of this Series' unveil, but I do hope we'll not have to wait as long for a potential third CMS after this one. Ideally, Lego could set a date of August/September 2020 for Disney Series 3 after the potential releases of Wizarding World Series 2 in January/February 2020 and Series 20 for April/May 2020 (if we were to presume that could be a possible gameplan).
  19. I did have my heart set on at least Snow White, but yeah, the overall selection isn't the most diverse.
  20. Heh, I got SIX right! P.S. While I think all the figures look great, I'm still not thrilled about the overall variety.
  21. Here's one link where you can find all their individual portraits! BricksFanz - Magical New Series Of LEGO Disney Minifigures Revealed
  22. Dang, while all these figures individually look pretty awesome, there doesn't seem to be as much variety as there was with the first Disney CMS. Well, nonetheless, my favorites have to be Anna/Elsa and Hercules/Hades!
