  1. That's exactly what I think, Lego needs to make more of the colors they already have!
  2. Well hopefully they will still publish it, even if it takes a while...
  3. Welcome to Eurobricks @papa lalo The first thing I would do is check for any kinks in the tubes. Otherwise you can check is the pump is working by connecting it directly to a cylinder (with a single tube), and seeing if it can move it. Sometimes they can be a bit weak, but not when they are new.
  4. It's probably because it's an American event that I didn't know, but now I do...
  5. Maybe, but it doesn't explain why they made a cover for volume 4, and that there are some websites that have it listed...
  6. Agreed, sometimes smaller - not bigger - is better , I always start as small as I can, and only increase the size as needed.
  7. I was wondering what happened to "The Lego Adventure Book Volume 4", it was suppose to be published in late 2016, but I have never been able to buy it. No-Starch (the publisher) never put it on their website, even though they have volumes 1, 2, and 3 advertised way before publishing. I only found out about it because I was expecting it (I already had the other volumes). Here is one of the few places I could find it: (but not buy it) https://www.bookdepository.com/LEGO-Adventure-Book-4-Megan-H-Rothrock/9781593277635 Here are photos of all the volumes: (so you can see it's different) Vol 1:Vol 2 :Vol 3:Vol 4: I hope this is the right place to post this...
  8. Ah... Oh... I am 99% sure that is what has happened, it's what happened to all of my motors. Take them apart and trim the wire, and then rejoin the wire. Fixing the wire is easy, but taking it apart is harder. Yes, most likely. No - I fixed mine without one, but it would make it less likely to happen again.
  9. Well you're doing better than me, I didn't know they even existed!
  10. I just had to bump this , it needs to be seen again! Great MOC, it looks exactly like a RC truggy! Nice work with the body too, the dual colours look great!
  11. This is explained by the increase in torque - more torque overcomes more of the friction, making it closer to the theoretical speed.
  12. Agreed, which is why I build mostly with black - almost all Technic parts have been made in black, including tires.
  13. Cool! I looks like it works much more smoothly, is it more fun to play with?
  14. I agree, how is it possible to break so many parts? Two of the motors I fixed came already broken in bulk lots from ebay, I rarely break any Lego parts.
  15. That makes sense, but I do agree with @Marxpek. So am I... as my signature currently shows .
  16. Thanks so much for posting this! I think developer mode is what Lego designers use...
  17. Now you tell me! , that would have been heaps easier! Maybe you should add it to the starting post of this topic...
  18. Oh... well here are some other ideas: Trophy Trucks - don't know why this hasn't been done before, trophy trucks are fun! Aircraft - helicopters or airplanes. Forklifts - I have always like forklifts. Hill Climbers - vehicles desinged to climb the steepest slopes This time my search worked, so I know that these haven't been done before .
  19. I was going to say that! But Lego still could have done it a bit better...
  20. My thoughts exactly . I can't wait to start building! - but I'm waiting for the rules...
  21. I don't think it's even worth trying to get replacements, because unless they were broken before you used them, it means that you broke them. I know how to fix them, I fixed 3 of my M-motors - and I'm still using them! (and they don't even look any different). Don't do that, you can MOD that too! ?
  22. I don't even know if we are going to use tracks like that...
  23. Probably more than 2 or 3, and try to keep it in a single stage (of gearing).
