  1. I don’t think I posted here, but I got some Technic test parts: The brown hinge is from model shop. Also (not in pic) I seem to have found some Technic pin with bush in rust(?)
  2. Very useful tool! This helps a lot for some of my projects! Thanks for sharing!
  3. @Didumos69 I kind of like the headlights, but the driving ring extenders don’t exist in trans clear and chroming is probably not an option.
  4. I agree with Eric; 42077 is the best parts pack for your needs and I like it as a model as well. 8070 has a gearbox and some older wheel hubs that are useful, but they are expensive to buy if one breaks (personal experience ). 42077 is definitely the best option.
  5. @LennyRhys You don’t need the buggy motors?!? Those are hard to find! Also, do you know what set the 2x8 plates with contacts came from?
  6. Not just you! I pretty much do that whenever I have the chance. I try to use my rarer parts on models, but sometimes I can’t find the right place for a purple cross block
  7. Wow, they look great! Must have been hard to get some of the rarer parts, like the green double bevel gear.
  8. Currently building this set and I have found my first marbled piece! One of the white clips has black swirls in it.
  9. @LennyRhys2I see part of a 42029 in there! EDIT: There are also parts from 5886; see if the rare windshield is in there! Also the RC set is Supersonic RC.
  10. Black and grey for me, but it would be fun with some in trans-clear and trans-red for light detailing in cars. I try to collect parts in rare and odd colours, so I am looking for LBG even-numbered axles and an elusive orange/purple 2L axle. EDIT: 4L axles were released as an alternate in some Star Wars set.
  11. Ultra rare? Huh, I have a few from bulk dumps and a copy of 4WD X-Track. Those white pins and the white 5L axle must have been hard to find!
  12. This is the best C-model I have ever seen! Nice work
  13. Just wondering, has the spoiler and mechanism been removed?
  14. FYI, you can turn on Developer mode in System Preferences and it will allow you to inspect elements and similar things.
  15. Thanks. I will change the topic name. Thanks! I might try connecting the A-pillars, but it will be hard. Thanks! I do collect 90's Hot Wheels, so some details might have carried over. Thanks! I forgot to mention the details! It has a 1-cylinder engine in the back that moves and steering from the black half bushes with the tire on them.
  16. Hi! I have built a small MOC: R-F Racer. I have always wanted to build in this style because I like the retro-futuristic style very much. I also got inspiration from @HorcikDesigns's Wedge Car. It is also an excuse to use my rare parts Hope you like it and leave a comment! -TechnicRCRacer
  17. @aminnichI'd guess $800, but I have no idea.
  18. Oooh, just noticed... Set 720005 Nexo Knights set has the hard shock absorber in red!
  19. They do, but they are super expensive! I was lucky to find two in a bulk dump. https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=4265c&colorID=11&in=A @LvdH Yeah, I think Viking Fortress against the Fanfir Dragon.
  20. Interesting solution! I will try to build it, but I don’t know if I have enough smooth toggle joints (my bin is full of toothed ones)
  21. Good luck getting white 3L pins Seriously, nice parts! I always wanted to find white frictionless pins at my local flea market
  22. Looking good! I am very impressed with the bodywork! I know it is a rare piece, but may I suggest this? (in trans-red) https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=3941&idColor=1#T=S&C=17&O={"color":17,"iconly":0}
  23. I personally would like a car-related competition. I guess it doesn't matter.
