  1. It just makes them more problems. They moved the lines for the raffle into a completely different area because the raffle goers were too much to handle for security. The raffle escalates into madness for three years now. It just makes them look stupid for not being able to manage the situation and people that get attracted by superhero LEGO figs most certainly already knows about LEGOs booth. The San-Diego con is not a fleamarket you visit on a leisure sunday, people go there and have already destinations in mind. It is entitlement when LEGO keeps vital characters away from the consumers. Kanohi masks rarely played a vital part in Bionicle stories. Phoenix, Black Spider-Man and some others do. If these exclusives were things like a costume variation only included in a single story or scene that barely anyone knows or notices (like Black suit Superman this year), or something of no worth in a story like creators of the characters, Yoda in a t-shirt nobody would have a problem with this except the usual compulsive collectors. The general uproar about TLG releasing too few sets, many with samey contents, making A-List characters exclusive and the giving out of Z-Listers like Spider-Woman exclusively to children is enough evidence that TLG has no idea what they are doing. Hasbro and Mattel have made every vital character available at some point. It may can be that the line first has to find its feet but it takes much too long. The superhero boom began in 2008, the year LEGO canceled their Batman line, sold out the last wave of sets in 3 months at most and didn´t pursue contracts in those fields until three years later. If they are keeping this pace we will get a line as satisfying as Hasbros first at the end of the decade. The way it is now is not ideal and LEGO should know this. This line isn´t entirely a childrens product, superhero comics and collectibles are known to be a market significantly populated by adults, something that Hasbro and Mattel grasp but LEGO is ignoring for no good reason. Those aren´t all obscure characters in default costumes and main characters in obscure costumes. There are main characters in main costumes. Not all of the 10 exclusive figs released right now are this. Black suit Superman for example is so insignificant I didn´t realize his costume was black in that one scene of Man of Steel until they revealed the exclusive toys of him on comic-con. Looking at current figure designs there is no indication that they will change their art style in the near future which means some of those characters are bound to either never get released or get a redesign in the wrong direction like Nolanman. For example: 2011 had Batman in his Nolan movie costume in full black color. The set 76001 The Bat v.s. Bane included a dark grey Batman with the same torso design. The costume in the movies is always of black color so the release of the correct figure as an exclusive prevented it from becoming part of the set. Who gives a crap about that dude? He never did anything. Shazam is main cast member in a bunch comics even with appearances in animated shows, same as Bizzaro. Black Suit Spider-Man is the crucial part of a story that gets adapted in every movie universe and show about him. Phoenix is a recurring villain and vital part of the only X-Men story that gets remembered by anyone. Stan Lee is just the dude who owns a company in the real world. He would be actually the ideal candidate for a Comic-Con exclusive. He is not relevant for any of the stories and only followers of his weird personality cult would care enough to pay hundreds for a fig of him. He can be a souvenir, their main characters are essential. Oh no, his two new molds and role in the Hobbit book and films ensure that he will be in a set. This is one of the other kin of exclusives that makes sense. A Pre-Release of a figure that will be available everywhere in just a few months.
  2. If they care about children getting those figures they should sell them. Like in a set. Make it available in toy stores and supermarkets. Those exclusive figures aren´t exclusive variations that only neckbeards care about. Shazam, Phoenix, Spider-Woman, Amazing Spider-Man. Those are characters in their basic costumes. You can´t just make those important outfits a 1000 fig run and be done with it. Looking at Amazing Spider-Man it at least looks like the SDCC figs aren´t completely exclusive but more Pre-Releases of figs that can happen in the future. If that´s the case I don´t mind it. Make all the exclusive figs like Azog or NY Yoda. Either a pre-release or some variation that has no real bearing on the work it comes from. The aforementioned heroes are all vital to many stories and making them unattainable for most of the public, let alone most adult like on this years con, is just ruining your product line and making people angry. And if LEGO really is trying to fight against aftermarket prices (as if they would actually care, looking at their current set style for licensed properties it looks more like they wallow in the misery that the aftermarket and the retards that push prices into those abnormal positions create) they have a problem with the inherent concept of a comic-con exclusive. This. Just this. And my other gripe with the whole situation: There were numerous Comic-Con figs available on Ebay days before their giveaways started. Some sellers had as much as TWENTY of each fig. I would like LEGO to search for the person that´s responsible and do something. Those people aren´t just scalpers and hypocrites but also thieves. This isn´t just regular malevolence but criminal behavior.
  3. Star Wars Battlefront 2 is not an eligible source of information when it contradicts every other comic, book, Star Wars magazine, tv show and movie ever produced. Also, you know exactly what trooper I and everybody else mean by 501st Legion Trooper. Hoth sets aren´t rumored. OT sets in general are. The regular four years until redesigns are possible would be over in summer. The Rebels show will surely use one at some point and a UCS set is something I expect every year, but looking at how they chose less popular things like the B-Wing and JSF over the AT-AT I loose hope for it.
  4. No, they will probably have the winter wave full of ROTS and maybe additional AOTC sets but the summer wave will be a bunch of OT and Rebels related stuff just like 2008 when The Clone Wars began. Also the CTT wouldn´t be too early, the A-Wing and Corporate Alliance Droid got rereleased this year and were from 2009 so a 2010 set being rereleased next year isn´t that far off. Can be. Depending on how good communication with LEGO is they would either try to stock up on sets directly based on the show or sets based on the OT films. Quote - Me during Comic-Con 2011 on the announcement of the new TIE Fighter set: Surely they wouldnt include a single Navy Trooper minifig unless they were going to include them in other sets, and surely it would be suitable to put them in a bp since stormtroopers were already covered, imperial officers alone are too boring for kids to play with and scout troopers can only be included once since two speeder bikes are too much for a set and scouts without a bike are pretty useless. Quote - Me during autumn the same year: The wookie head mold will probably be too expensive on its own, like the Ewoks and Geonosians. I guess they will include Wookies maybe in another set like 2011s Ewok Attack. I hope the ROTS wave won´t be completely Kashyyyk. I just want to finally get my army of 501st Legion troopers and some Utapau based sets with Commander Cody and a remake of Grievous´ wheel bike. That thing was so cash, I wonder why nobody wants to use it again.
  5. First pic is Rhino in suit without CGI added, but it looks like he will be some kind of mech like in the Ultimate comics. Second pic is Rhino before getting his suit, seemingly a regular russian gangster. I hope he uses that truck that he was driving in a bunch of other pics a number of times in the film so it maybe gets at least an acceptable set. Btw. all pics are months old and were already posted here before.
  6. The Marvel line is already full enough with four other movies, a show and some X-Men set(s?). DC could do it if they wanted, the Flash set on SDCC implies that they have no interest in expanding their line into full Justice League, otherwise they would have shown a set that better illustrates that point. But what could they even do as a set for MOS? The action scenes were all covered. Battle of Smallville could be better with Nam-Ek (the big guy, for you), some soldiers and maybe the plane but the last two would be depending on LEGOs willingness to do further military figures. Rumors are that LEGO is in negotiations for licenses of Fox properties.
  7. The character designs were only off for IM3, which is because LEGO is getting concept art that wasn´t completely decided on, Lone Ranger was fairly accurate. And whatever parallel universe we talk about: they would only release a Comic Rhino when they wouldn´t have the merchandising rights for ASM2. And even then they would first try to make an USM Rhino set instead before tackling comic designs.
  8. Arealight has some ROTS helmets with holes on the side and a visor like the old official helmets AND seams. It´s not like they are prone to breaking or for whatever reason we need seams. The helmets work with holes so LEGO did a crap job with the design of the P2 helmets.
  9. I thought more along the lines of which of them had more interactions with the Goblin. As far as I know Daily Bugle and Doc Ocks lair are directly based on episodes and aren´t a random blunder of figures from the same show like The Clone Wars sets. So chances for an episode based set are 2 to 1.
  10. They have shown the USM Goblin in a demo for the game, don´t you think they would make a huge "and you can get him only by buying the villains character bundle for TWOHUNDREADFOURTY MICROSOFT POINTS" if that´s the case and not just mumble "he is available next year" into the mic? It´s obviously a set, and it isn´t a secret announcement for ASM2 sets, it just tells us that they won´t stop making USM stuff. BTW, to any of you watching USM, who would be more likely to be in a set with the Goblin: Power Man or that tiger girl? Or maybe both in the same set? Right now every set of USM includes a team member, spidey and some villain(s) and they probably want to cherish that tradition and release one or two USM sets next year to at least complete the main team. Thanks for... nothing? Meeeeeh, I thought they wanted to do alternate costumes only. They should have done a regular fig instead of big figs like Hulk in the first place. Just a regular minifig but bigger, like the keychain lights. Hulk, Rhino and Juggernaut all look just like regular actionfigures with a little more blocky feet and a dome head (which isn´t visible on Juggernaut). I think people like Colossus and Kingpin work great as a regular fig already. Maybe give Colossus 1x1 plates and maybe do a new torso piece that looks like what Padmé had in the LSW game and everything would look like the characters but not deviate too much from the LEGO style.
  11. Never said it would be Avengers 3. Could be Avengers 7 or 26 since they want to do the MCU as a never ending franchise like James Bond. But 3 is most likely since Joss Whedon wants to leave Marvel at some point for some of his own projects again and trilogies are a very popular format. Of course there won´t be a real "final film". Just some kind of break or in the worst case a reboot and they only swap actors and directors. Looking at Cyclops his visor is sticking out of his head. I hope that doesn´t mean we won´t get the X-Mansion or the S@H exclusive will be something different. But they only got to see winter wave sets, maybe it just means the Mansion will be released in summer coinciding with the movie. Roughly 50 figs are confirmed right now and we will get in total 155 (minus customizable characters). I am pretty sure we will get all the A-List / known / popular characters and a handful obscure ones or jokes.
  12. Whedon said he thinks Thanos is the Final Boss of the MCU. Would be a very short and compressed game if he is prominent in Avengers 2. I think he will get a number of appearances before the final boss fight, whenever that is going to be, but probably nothing major, let alone something that would warrant a fig of him before that "last" film. It doesn´t feel like it. It IS like this. The writer of the comic has no idea what to do with him, executives push him into everything from adaptions of 10 year old stories to LEGO Batman 2 regardless of how he fits into it. I don´t think John Stewart is really the best way to do it since they want to keep Hal Jordan for whatever reason more but LEGO should at least put John in a set since most of their DC line is very much in line with the DCAU shows than anything else. You don´t worry about it. You know it. Flame on is a very rudimentary design anyway. Just make an orange or red figure and stick some flame parts on it. You can do that with most parts collections.
  13. I admit he is bouncing between both. in Spectacular he was a Big Fig but in 90s Spider-Man he looked barely bigger than Doc Ock. Like someone mentioned more cases like the Hulk where we get a regular and a Big Fig version would be nice and practical, but with Rhinos horns I don´t think the chances are big, or they would need to do another mold. Every LEGO game since LEGO Star Wars: Complete Saga had a blurb at the back of the box about downloadable content. I guess they leave themselves the door open for real DLC content, so that could also change at any time. Is that date region specific and final? Last time I heard it was 18.10. with that german ad for the Iron Patriot preorder. Well, they never announce the whole January wave at Comic-Con because they are stupid. I would think they give him out in some random regular wave set. And the part about only revealing a DC set makes me suspicious too. It looks like they have some more additional equality clauses. The two Marvel SDCC figs were also available 350 each while the DC ones had only 200 available. Maybe this is linked, but I don´t know. Also, a January release for ASM2 toys would be very far in advance. I would expect the first sets of the year to be Captain America 2 / USM and maybe Thor if he still is getting his set. But that comes with inevitable let-downs because most people envision better sets than they actually produce.
  14. Yeah but not many for DC. Superman and Wonder Woman hair, the lasso and MOS Kryptonian armor/guns were the only ones in two years. But maybe this is because they are handling Marvel and DC as a single line and the Avengers took away a notable amount of molds. If they are doing Fantastic Four some day the Thing is a given but some of them don´t seem like they really need to be big figs. Like Lizard, Kingpin, Colossus and Rhino. Juggernaut would need to be a Big Fig but I don´t see them doing a X-Men set with him in the near future. If the S@H exclusive is going to be X-Men themed it´s a given that they won´t make new molds for it since those sets only use existing ones. It doesn´t really fit Kingpin well but he probably won´t be able to hug his enemies to death as a regular fig. GL in the first trailer was the 2011 SDCC version, so I wouldn´t expect them to use the design of a three year old movie nobody likes for merchandise.
  15. Seeing LEGO prefers to reuse old molds I wouldn´t expect anybody like Mad Hatter and Clayface in the next wave, except they just want to ruin their designs with a regular top hat and a regular brown minifig with some extra bricks in brown. Ra´s seems likely, the most complex part he would need is a hairpiece with white printed sideburns (that they could even reuse if they really do a Fantastic Four set). With the Justice Leaguers appearing in the LEGO movie I would expect them to get at least one set or even take the place of the big set in some kind of Justice Hall command center. Would certainly need less new molds than making more Batman characters. But then again with the whole first DC wave ending production this year we will probably see some new sets with reissues for Joker and other popular villains. I see, this will end like the old line. First wave barely repeated villains, second wave gave us only Bane and a new Batman, third wave gave us only Harley and a new Batman.
  16. They said they didn´t want to do known villains in BtB. The biggest name is Ra´s Al Ghul. Never considered using the new Riddler as a henchman, would look nice, but he doesn´t seem to fit in with pajama Riddler and the green melon will still not fit the green from the jumpsuit fig since it´s bright green instead of regular green. Does anyone know from where they took this design? I only see pajamas and suits. Young Justice had one with a jacket but that one still looked way different and still had a tie. Did they give him the racing jacket now only because he has a vehicle? Hhhhhhnnnnngggggg... Golden crowbar looks like crap, I should really start to learn how to do my own parts. Couldn´t care less about the new head. Oh wow, his smile is now normally happy instead of gloatingly and his cheekbones are less straight and a little shorter. Whoopdidoo, where is my Frank Gorshin Riddler? Oh yes, he was already part of the 2006 line... man, I hate to use Ebay. Flashs ears are apparently part of the same mold, I hope that doesn´t mean they won´t do a mask piece for the new Captain America movie. The printed head from 2012 just looks like crap with the nearly brown skin for Cap and I don´t think LEGO knows how to fix their printing problems. Batman looks okay, I´m glad they didn´t go TCW on us. No Oky, the Bewaremobiles black slopes and huge tires aren´t really useful for many things and some of us have enough of certain pieces. This set is just dead weight for me, that other guy and a number of others. CMFs get boot printings very often and I thought they introduced it specifically for the Hero lines since the color distribution in the comic designs is too dependent on them. You know, most heroes have two colors in their costumes. A main color for their suit (Flash red, Superman blue, Batman grey) and a second color for accessories (yellow boots/lighting, red cape/pants/boots, black hands/boots/pants). Superman and Batman are okay since they at least have all their other colored parts and those break up the color nicely already but Flash has too few yellow and Ultimate SM has too much blue which really hurts their designs. On that note, the Amazing Spider-Man is too red. He should have some blue side leg printing on the upper leg part which isn´t even that much to ask for since LEGO has the machines they need for it and CMFs get this kind of printing all the time.
  17. I don´t get why they suddenly shy away from releasing the fig line-up for a wave (or at least most) of the Superheroes line and now we get a measly announcement of a single set that nobody likes? Did they do it to give every line the same attention by revealing only a set for each of the four days? We got two sets and the fig line-up last year, this is just a step back. I really thought LEGO finally got what the con is about after years of nothing and crappy exclusive sets. They should just use it like the Toy Fair and reveal their winter line-up there, at least for the licensed sets.
  18. This is the new trend in cartoons right now, like in the new and successful Pac-Man show airing on Disney XD right now. Don´t have a problem with her, normally main characters only consist of useless pieces (like Emmet) and she at least gets a hoodie, some new neck part and the hair could maybe work with some customization. Also: BREAKING NEWS: LEGO movie gets a book with bonus minifig like every line ever. No more news at six. http://www.buch.de/s...jumpId=22264814 publication date 7.1.2014
  19. Nope. Set will cost 35 Pounds and 35 to 40 Euros. You compare the prices of sets on S@H, using currency converters is a noob mistake. No, LEGOs designers are just colorblind since 2010 or so. When a color is very light and barely noticeable they use the stronger version regardless of another color being nearer to the design. This is how Boba Fett got sandblue arms and legs when he is always shown and drawn in light grey. Exactly my thoughts. When I complained about to many small sets I wanted to get some more sets in the 80-100 range with more than 5 figs, now they just took a 26€ set, threw more unnecessary bricks to make it look a little bigger and make it "fit" the 35 - 40€ range. I think they would have to still make some new sets with the old black Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman since they are advertised in the movie and the first DC wave retires right now and will be away when the movie rolls around. I don´t know if the LEGO movie sets will be invading the other lines and use direct tie-ins like the 5 seater Batwing, but if they don´t want to do it this obvious I can still see a Justice Hall or something else for next year. But if you want to be sure, Batwing, Batmobile, Arkham Asylum all come with him in black costume (although Asylum has glider wings instead of a cape) and while the first two retire right now the Asylum will still be available through the entirety of 2013 and 2014, so you can take your chance and see if he maybe comes in a better kit. I expect nothing more from this other than maybe some info on the LEGO Movies and LEGO Marvel games story/gameplay, so nothing relevant for this topic. Worst Comic-Con ever, getting the figure line up for the first wave should be mandatory now. Giving us only two set pics is needlessly lazy of them. I really thought LEGO finally knows what they are doing with this event.
  20. It looks like it´s just a golden crowbar. Really hope this isn´t everything for this years Con, just disappointment after disappointment in every theme except the LEGO Movie.
  21. It´s Revenge of the Sith, seeing the Commander Gree design and that there is a Wookie Warrior. Don´t like this walker, way to big and complicated in its design for a middle-class vehicle (even in-universe it has bad design, it needs the middle leg to fire the main cannon and would fall over without it in parked mode). I´m curios how they are releasing the blue AOTC clone (assuming it wasn´t false info) now that they apparently still make a ROTS wave for the canceled 3D Re-Release.
  22. I would make it the other side of the head if I were the designer. That´s like saying "let´s use Captain Jacks head for Tony Stark, they look like twins". What does this even mean? I guess some of them will be regular CMFs like the Panda and Lincoln but New-Again? 80s Spaceman and Johnny Thunder looked like years ago if they are going after movie design it would be the exact same fig except for some cracks in the plastic which they won´t include for obvious reasons.
  23. A Tumbler in a different color and design is available. A Batmobile was already a set in 2012. You just now think that? Riddler is this new less limey green and with this weird jacket instead of a suit he is even more useless than grey melon Riddler from Jokers Funhouse. If it were at least a regular green I could have put the melon on my old Western guy with a green suit (which would have been patethic anyway). I expected them to do Riddler in a serious outfit with the fourth release but well just wait for the FIFTH when he will get red Joker hair and Jim Carreys jumpsuit! Batman maybe makes for a good alternate Nolanman with this logo and black torso. I hope. Because he will certainly in every set and I am not interested in making displays for BtB. I remember a time in March or April where somebody posted the same pic (just even smaller and crappier in quality) and everyone laughed him off because the set had a way to crap design to be real. Ah, good times. Really funny how many of you eat this up when it suddenly is confirmed to be a real design. CN likes to make mid season hiatuses for no reason other than to kill their shwos ratings so I wouldn´t be surprised to see a commercial for it while watching episode 17. Also, Ultimate Spider-Man started in April, got its first set in August (which was exclusive) and two other sets in January. I like the sound of it. Riddler Chase Effect… Like it´s the name of some physician. And I really like that we chose this set because it perfectly illustrates how useless the main content is. Flash is (popularity wise and literally) so good that he can keep up with Batman and an A-List villain (who need additional machinery) completely on his own and even surpasses them in the race which part of the content of the set is the reason for customers to buy it. It is the perfect proof of DCs or LEGOs failings to actually produce something that people want to buy because they desperately cling to the belief that Batman is the only popular DC character when it was already proofed wrong for years and years in a row. Just because of that one movie. Just because LEGO picked the worst time for their original Batman line. Yes, it was to be expected that we get a crappy car as wide as the street plates but like every year everyone just hopes that LEGO maybe finally got it this time and makes part of the scenery or maybe gives the villain the bigger vehicle for once. Man, I hope not. I finally want an Alfred head with grey hair. 2006 Alfred was already based on The Batman where he was way younger and bowlers and waistcoats can already be bought in enough other sets and through CMFs. You know what would be great? When they would use a vehicle that would fit Riddler without me doing a complete design overhaul. Like something he actually had in a show, film or oh… but he never had any vehicles… because he is the goddamn Riddler, who riddles people and puts them into labyrinths or other traps… because he is not a vehicle oriented weirdo going amok. Oh but Fenson you silly nilly old grumpy bull. Kids love vehicles, so just stop spitting your rotten teeth into my face and get yourself some good dentures instead of wasting it all on childrens toys you hate so much. Nope. I was a kid. I hated it back then. A good playset with scenery functions is better than an armada of weird looking cars and every time one was released it felt like christmas… because they only ever released one in the Star Wars line per year if I was lucky and always got it for christmas… I don´t know who exactly would earn a BRAVO from me so I will just do it for both of them. BRAVO DC! BRAVO LEGO! It´s really a great idea to instead of making a line about your only current project just do the same line that you did before with even crappier looking Bat-vehicles inspired by your only project. Really, I would never have gotten the idea to just take Beware the Batman and give him a Justice Leaguer and a known Batman villain with an unfitting vehicle. It´s just against every single goal of the show (making Batman working alone interesting, again and not relying on the same old faces all the time, again). I am not complaining about getting another hero than Batman from DC, one of the two big names in the Cape comic biussness, it´s more about WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE BATMAN AGAIN WHEN NOW EVEN YOU HATE THIS GUY? I mean, it´s obvious you hate your own show and have to work around its premise to even make decent merchandise (not good, decent), so why not just cancel any merchandise for Beware the Batman and give us Justice League? It´s not like Beware the Batman will even last longer than a season or two, so why even bother? And really? Four sets with Riddler already and we still have no Question mark cane? And you use bananas and crowbars as a substitute? At least I think the banana is a substitute, it can very well also be because this is Mario Cart but people already made enough jokes about that. I also wouldn´t have expected a dragster for you. But then again, who drives dragsters anyway? I don´t even know if those things are a real thing, I only ever see them used by LEGO when they feel like not being able to use cars and quad bikes. Doesn´t seem like a good vehicle for the situation if we use real world logic since the front wheels can´t be steered and the small mass and strong motor will probably make it way to fast for anybody who isn´t a good race driver, which is also not a territory of Riddler and more something for the Sportsmaster. At least I like the Flash. The yellow boots would have been nice but it doesn´t come off as too red for me. Right now at least, I bet I can squeeze some hatred for him out of my Fedora when I concentrate a little more. Best thing about him is probably the mask, I can already see it being reused for the new Captain America movie, the design seems to be based very much on the MCU movies. I hope it comes in dark blue and not in black, like some of the set pics make his costume look like, so I can give it to my 2012 Avengers Cap WHO NEVER SHOULD HAVE JUST HAD A PRINTED HEAD IN THE FIRST PLACE. WHY COULDN`T YOU JUST HAVE MADE THAT MOLD RIGHT THEN?
  24. Right now it looks like it will set up the villain of Avengers 2 and will otherwise not affect anything in the MCU the slightest, but I agree it´s much too early to get a real sense of what they are going to do with the film. Man of Steel was WBs only project this year and three consecutive years of Keaton and Adam West Batman punching villains in the face are way too much so they had to break it apart somehow. GotG was created in 69 and got few appearances in a bunch of different titles. They got steady appearances in the 90s where they had some shortlived series but were completely wiped from all stories for over 10 years. I wouldn´t really compare this fanbase to any character LEGO had made sets for, let alone any character that got a big budget movie made about them and I don´t know how strong Marvels/Disneys/LEGOs desire is to make them into a household name. It will certainly come down to the amount of sets they will produce that year and how many projects they want to cover which is very much like the movie itself way too early to seriously talk about. It shouldn´t be about how many movies or shows are on, the problem lies with LEGO DC limiting their options by just being a "Batman, Superman and their amazing friend of the year" line. Justice League would provide enough material to make a line as big as Star Wars. It´s really DCs fault for limiting LEGO or LEGO only half-assedly hearing to their customers demands, I don´t know who exactly has more power over the set line-up. The worst thing about the situation seems to be that when DCs movie division is getting their crap together and actually make Justice League after the 15 years of planning and the lines stay as small as they are right now we will have no chance at a bunch of characters in their comic-based costumes. Would be nice but seeing that Riddler chase set it looks like we still get a "Batman and his Superfriend of the year" deal instead of full on Justice League and because I don´t expect LEGO repeating themselves that much and big the Batman line will probably be kept small and thus also the amount of sets for Marvel, who will have enough problems with their Captain America 2, GOTG and USM (plus maybe ASM2 and Thor 2) sets. The kid was just mindlessly talking about getting a bunch of merchandise. I think he read it somewhat and found clauses for actionfigures, LEGO and stuff but I would guess they have clauses for this in everybodys contract. The kid called the LEGO Marvel game for example as being a LEGO Iron Man 3 game, that shows how little he actually knows. And don´t forget the countries that aren´t USA. Some of them don´t even get the show and when they get it it the airing is one year behind USA. Movies are easier to follow since they start in the same week everywhere.
  25. The design is obviously ASM2, what do you expect LEGO is going to do? "Oh we are so sorry Sony but you see, even though we copied the exact design of your suit it was all a coincidence! So stop mailing us about the missing royalties."
