  1. That's an awesome idea! And of course, thanks for taking one for the team @Sariel . You saved a lot of AFOLs from utter disappointment.
  2. Very promising WIP! The gearbox is super advanced and super cool! Wish you luck And of course, I am following!
  3. But then we would need the set! No one would participate!
  4. I did not intend to "doppelgang" your MOC- our catering trucks are quite different.
  5. Despite the several mechanical flaws of this model, it is well done and looks stunning. Great job!
  6. UPDATE TIME! Hello everyone, The chassis is nearly done. Front suspension with steering has been added and tests have begun. So far the drivetrain is working fine on all gears. The gear shifter has now also been added. Here are the pictures: The front suspension needs to be fixed. I know how and I will fix it before the next update. I have started thinking about bodywork, and I have made several prototype headlights, but I just can't get any to work. If you have a suggestion on how to build the headlights, please leave for me. As well (sidenote) here are the blueprints for the truck: So that's all for now. Leve a comment with a suggestion on how to make this project the best it can be! BrickbyBrickTechnic
  7. Basically, but in the next update you will see that that shifter is different. Thanks!
  8. Hello everyone, I'm presenting you the startout of my latest MOC: the Peterbilt 579. Here are the functions it will have: -Drive(2 L motors) -Steering(with servo) -Working steering wheel(servo) -Gearbox shifting(M motor) -suspension(Independent on front, springless dual axle on rear) -suspended cab -opening doors and hood(discreet mechanism) Here's what I have: You can see the drivetrain is basically complete, and the springless dual axle (don't worry, it's not the 42070 setup ;)) There will be double wheels on the rear. Diagram of the suspension. And that's all I have for now. I have also started think about the grille and bodywork. Bodywork wizards, please leave a suggestion as to how I can make those because I'm drawing blanks Thanks for reading, updates soon! BrickbyBrickTechnnic
  9. This looks better. On the other hand, I should have been more specific: the area right under the headlights should be filled. They look like they are floating right now.
  10. Very nicely done, definite improvement. It would look better if the front was filled in as @Jurss said.
  11. Hello everyone, Here's an update. This may be the last before completion as this was a relatively quick build. Here are the pictures: As you can tell by the next picture, the back is decently unfinished. As you read this, I am finishing it up. The model happily sits on the landing gear, no bending or anything of the sort. The body lines seem to be somewhat innacurate, so if you have suggestions, I want them. That's all for now! 12. Very beautiful. Awesome details and great accuracy. Thumbs up
  13. Very interesting! This moc caught my eye, and it's so cool that now I see someone building it! I'll be following this
  14. LOL! Forgot to post my 42054 C model here. It is a crop sprayer: Thanks! BrickbyBrickTechnic
  15. Thanks! You're right about the rudder. This is based on no real plane. Thank you! Thanks alot! You should totally build a plane like this.
  16. Thanks! I guess it has been seen once, because this is the second drone I built ;)
  17. I tried at first, but at the compromise of the spinning propellers and camera control, so I abandoned that prospect.
  18. I'm not. This is pretty much a static model of a drone. I may do a gimbaled flight simulator for it. I know Lego can't fly
