    HI Jim, have a look at trint.com. I use the service very often for transcription. It's not perfect and you'll have to edit the transcript manually but it saves a lot of typing and time.

    Because you asked … … and you got an good answer … … from an experienced user. And without hesitation you questioned about the answer without trying to get an impression about the author of the document. With only a few seconds time on your favorite search engine you would have found about the author.

    Funny thing that! When seen it on Youtube one question came to my mind: Why did you use the old motor? Is there a special reason for or did you use it because it was available on your desk?

    I think: The problem was that this set was imbalanced. To expensive, below average design (especially compared to 42069) and simply not a worth 40. anniversary flagship set. Would it have been 100€ cheaper and if there would have been something really special to celebrate 40 years of Technic then the complaints would have been much less. But that topic was discussed in the regarding thread sufficiently.

    Interesting discussion you startet @Bublehead. I think one has to differentiate between MOCs and official sets. When discussing TLG sets I often have the feeling, people use same standards for them they use for MOCs. As for official sets your focus I think is right. But if a official set is bullocks it must be said as it was with 42070. In my opinion a MOC is something completely different. And it's relatively rare (as I observe it) that one is building a MOC with the focus as you described it. For me I like praise as well as critics - but please in a healthy ratio. Sometimes I wonder when seeing a cool but not perfect MOC when everybody complains about without giving some proper acknowledgment. But I'm fully with Erik when he says: Clear for me: Some healthy praise is also motivating. And that's true as well: What I really hate is when people complaining about things like accents or language imbalance in comments on videos.

    I'll fully agree with: A MOC is never finished. For me personally I stop improving and changing after the videos are finished. But that''s not a rule as some very good input from an user here at Eurobricks made me change my MOC after publishing the video. So really: A MOC is never finished :) It also happened that I changed a MOC after it was on shelf for more than a year.

Functions: Propulsion 1 Buggy motor Steering 1 PF Servo Features Double wishbone suspension (front axles) Live axle suspension (rear axle) Fake calipers (front wheels) Fake V8 Next the video: Have fun watching! Edit: Did a second version with one more white stripe. I think it looks better this way. No seatbelts :) But a bumper sticker "How I'm driving? Call xxx" ;) Have a look at my Flickr channel.     Hi everyone! Not long ago I finished my latest MOC. And today I finished the corresponding video. So it's time to show it here. Shortest description would be: Stewart platform for Ideas set 21306 „Yellow Submarine“. The longer description is: It's a MOC I built around the Ideas set. It's a fully working stewart platform powered by two pump compressor and controlled by two joysticks. Everything is working pure mechanically and with pneumatic. For better look I used system bricks for the control tower (with female naval engineer) and the housing of compressor and control center. Components: 1x PF L motor 1x PF M motor 1x PF LiPo 2x PF switches 6x Pneumatic V2 cylinder (small thin) 2x Pneumatic V2 pumps 6x Pneumatic Valves some PF cables Looking forward to reading your comments.
