The toy fairs have been absolutely worthless to us for multiple years now. They only show stuff that’s already on shelves and any new stuff is on display behind closed curtains, with attendees signing NDAs. Don’t except anything from any of the fairs anymore

While it could technically be a Vol 2 set, the ship is way more prominent in the first movie, so I’d expect only characters from that one to show up. While Korath or Kraglin would be fantastic, I’m not getting my hopes up for anyone new And that goes for the entire wave. Upgraded (or downgraded) versions of previous minifigs is all we’re getting this summer it seems

Insert Prof Vector and one or two of the other extras, the Fat Friar, the Bloody Baron, maybe a more fancy meal selection, the black hats the pupils are wearing, and that’s about it

I kinda hope not. While I was fine with getting only one copy of the Go Brick Me set, my completionist heart would not be content with having only one of 8 Batman variants on display

Are they really „needed“ tho? If we go for absolute completion, then yes, but otherwise, I doubt Fleur‘s dance partner, akne girl, Cedric’s dad, and random muggle who gets avadakedavrad are high on anyone‘s wishlist

Predictable, as you say, because why would they release a movie tie-in set 10 months ahead the movie when they can easily delay it? I‘m expecting a January ‘25 release for it. You know what‘s really painful tho? If pictures of the set leak

I think that was more of a general statement, as in the set not being super-specific to that movie. What makes it a PS set must be the minifigs rather than the build itself

According to @TandNbricks, the Great Hall will again be based on PS. Not the most exciting choice, UNLESS it’s Halloween-themed and involves the troll scene! In that case, colour me excited

@TandNbricks dropped some snippets of information in his AMA on IG: Mr Freeze and Harley show up The wave include bikes, Batmobiles, and a Batcave Correction: He was talking about 2024 in general, not only the April/June sets. So this could also concern the October D2C set, in case it’s a DC one

I know I said I wouldn’t post in here anymore, but this is sort of news, so I’ll chime in. My two cents: This is absolute nonsense I stumbled upon the website several weeks ago and it’s pretty clearly just speculation on their part with nothing backing it up. I didn’t report my findings here for that very reason, no point in getting people’s hopes up over NOTHING. Especially now with Brickmerge having updated their database. We know about every single set releasing this year, including polybags, D2C and GWP sets. There’s no way this slipped through the cracks, especially when it was pretty clear that these were allegedly DoD sets. Ofc it’s sad and kinda insulting that Indy is the only 2023 theme not to continue (even Gabby gets more sets, as we learned yesterday!!), but I’ve made my peace with it a while ago. Time for us all to do the same

Compared to the TLBM sets, what we’re getting now *are* scraps When Robin or Batgirl (or any foe other than Jonkler or Harley) showing up in a set is cause for celebration, you know it’s dire Sure, Batman gets more than other DC superheroes (which is ofc NOTHING), but what they’re releasing now still pales in comparison to what came before…

Word. And I‘m not just saying that in hopes of saving my skin Releasing sets based on an R-rated movie crosses a line and is only gonna cause issues. You just know there’d be an angry horde of Karens demanding to personally speak to Ole Kirk Christiansen’s ghost! Might as well expect sets based on Jonkler: Folie à deux And the only reason Echo was featured in the CMF series is because the rating was still unknown at the time. Skullpoopl 3 however was explicitly stated to be R-rated from day 1.

Pfff, as if Nothing has changed, DP3 is still R-rated and @Falconfan1414‘s hint about multiple 2024 movies getting sets has already been fulfilled (i.e., Despicable Me 4 and Inside Out 2).

Was there ever any doubt? The LA remake got delayed (again) and the survey leak clearly showed the versions from the original movie

Or it’s another large-scale Batvehicle, which is what I’m betting on After the last coupla years, you’re expecting an Arkham or Batcave/Wayne Manor set? Don’t set yourselves up for disappointment…
