  1. Great build I love the tree amd the weapon itself, although it probably should have been balck and white flags instead of red and yellow, so it represents the spire better. Even so it all looks sick
  2. Photographed and ready too upload Looking foward to everyone elses.
  3. Welcome to the guilds Dankyee, although not the best (that title would go to Avalonia ) Nocturnus is a good choice. And no need to apoligize, all of us are at that point some kind in our life. You might want to fix up the linky. I suggest using the bbc code, which will show the image on the post. Other wise you've nailed everything else
  4. That tower is sick!! The black and trans blue looks amazing and the claws really add to the wickedness The large claws used in the landscaping are fantastic and I love the lanterns
  5. Lord Maestro would love to be part of the fun. You can capture him, torture him, flay him, skin him, just don't use him against the alliance Cmf series 15 knight torso and legs, black cape (can be dk green), Aragorn's head and dk brown ruffled/messy hair. Long sword can be included. Preferably any guy with a beard/stubble and dk brown hair will do but the cmf 15 knight torso and legs are also favored. In battle he usually wears a Helmet with sand and dk green plume and chest plate. He has a strong dislike of Drows and is generally a bit rigid, stern, taciturn and tense. Unless of course there is a barrel of good beer nearby, which there often is To fix the problem fleshie and yellows I just made a yellow skinned variant:
  6. Brilliant build, I love the blue. Although in the tudor work maybe dk blue then light blue just to give it a little variation. Other than that the base/landscaping is awseome and I adore that Pheonix Congrats on being the 4000th topic in the goh forum, lucky timing
  7. Nice one John, its amazing what you have managed to fit into such a small area. The dark to light tan path is a brilliant idea and I hope to see it expanded upon. Great tree
  8. Great build en_zoo, that tower is awesome. As usual your landscaping is superb and I love the story. Can't wait to see where it goes.
  9. If it built for anything eg a task, challenge, some thing like the aom or contest, then include it in the title. Otherwise name it what ever you want Sick build by the way, I love the tree
  10. Thanks Sander
  11. Thanks Zoth, as Henjin said, it is the Uruk-hai torso with dk green arms. Thanks Titus, im glad you think so. I have the same opinion too but it worked here anyway Thanks alot Henjin, I agree the colours here are much better than some of my other MOCs. Thanks Kai, I love those flowers too. Thanks LJ, I think the trees are diffidently my favorite part Thank you, Im glad you liked it Thanks SK, The base was the main focus for this build, along with the trees
  12. Welcome to the guilds pigs54. I like the house and the lake, that fig is great as well
  13. An Avalonian ranger strolls through the forest, hunting his elusive prey. Just a small build while I wait for inspiration for category B. It was nice to experiment with some tree styles, which are mainly based of SK's. Also my first build in ages that is 360 view able Hope you enjoy.
  14. Amazing build, you've nailed this atmosphere perfectly. Just a few things though. The 2x2 tiles don't look quite right on those angles and the smoke from the top chimny is a bit off, as it looks too staight. Other then that this is great, the vines and stairs are wonderful and the tudor work is awsome
  15. Great work on this one titus, the rock work is supurb. The dk grern probably needs more layering but im fine with that. Tree looks great
  16. Thanks man Thanks zoth, im glad you liked it. Thanks WhiteFang, it was really hard to achieve but turned out great
  17. Usually I try build completely original mocs but once I saw this scene I could not resist. It is based off the main setting for the cinematic story trailer. I would have loved to use olive green but unfortunately I have nowhere near enough :P The characters where fun to make even though they may not completely resemble their original source. I don't play the game (because off our old family PC) but I would highly recommend it to anyone as it looks amazing. Hope you enjoy :D This is also a chance to try out the new peices from my first BL order. Mainly bley tiles :P
  18. Haha, thanks Brandon. Although it took me a long time to actually put together the stone work im glad you think it gave off that effect. Thanks HQ, well that was the plan... I agree with you on the point of more foliage. it really does lack some. I do like the red there although i can see where you are comming from. Thanks Titus, I will try too yeah, the tree disappearing didn't really work out the way I though it would. Thanks for the advice LJ Some more leaves/branches could definitely help, thanks. Thanks windusky, the red door is one of my favorite parts too. Thanks SK, I completely agree. Thanks Slegenger, I was going for that rickety style that LD does so well. I think we all agree on the tree Thanks Blufiji, more tree less house sums it up perfectly. I always find the characters inspire my build and I think this build suits him perfectly, thanks.
  19. Man this is amazing. It captures that "vulture" feel so well. The whole atmosphere of the thing is amazing. The vultures themselves are awesome. Great base and tree as well, im jealous of your sand green collection
  20. New free build is up: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/forum/145-guilds-of-historica/ Oh this has got to be good
  21. Deep in the forest of Eolas resides a man who likes to think himself the Historica's best herbalist. Maybe once that was true but he has grown old and lazy. He now spends most of "researching" pipe weed in his overgrown tower which is almost as old and crooked as he is. Not much to say on this, so hope you enjoy :D Credit goes to Legonardo Davidy roof and tree style :)
  22. The path and vegetation is good with the path serving it's purpose. Using SNOTed bricks on the rock may have helped. But I love the rider and fig posing. Pretty funny little build
  23. This screams Avalonia. Everything about it is great, the house, shed and bridge look amazing. The border is neat with the landscape (which is fantastic) breaking it up. You continue to impress ME
  24. When I saw this my jaw dropped It looks amazing so far and the buildings are beautiful, I can't wait for the next wip...
  25. As I said on flickr this is a real stunner. It represents Avalonia so well. The usage of normal amd sand green is great and the trees are beautiful . Don't even get me started on that architecture...
