  1. Impressive as ever. Great variety and amazing detailing.
  2. Nice,. The Jacobs bogies look really good. Good MOD. I like the sliding door better than the HE door though.
  3. Wow. That's looking great. Not only the locomotive but the cargo wagons as well.
  4. Nice bridges. These look really good. The only thing I was wondering about is whether you could do without the supports in the middle of the bridge? That would make it look perfect.
  5. That's really nice. Not only the station but the warehouse as well.
  6. That's a really nice car.
  7. Wow, what an amazing build.
  8. Pretty nice, and with the two towers it should be stable as well.
  9. What a beauty!
  10. That looks good. And your layout as well!
  11. Great and better than expected! At first I was hesitant when I heard about the "surf" version, but it looks absolutely beautiful. And those curves are well done.
  12. Very nice architectural style fitting for a hospital. And also the interior is very well done given the limited space.
  13. Well personally I think it is quite a good set. But that's very arbitrary of course. You mention a couple of cons: - The plane is too small Well, there are smaller aircraft in real life as well. In the regional aircraft category you will find a lot of 50 - 100 seat "small" aircraft compared to the larger 150 and up seat aircraft for medium to long range. - The rear landing gear is terrible I totally agree! - The airport has nowhere near the appropriate amount of details It has the essential playability items, and even the old airports didn't have a lot more details - The control tower is on top of the airport Well that's actually not that uncommon (especially not in LEGO airports) - The price is 100$ and there are only about 700 parts True, but the parts are quite big. There must have been a infinite number of discussions already on price per part on Eurobricks. - The engines should be on the wings because large planes do not usually have engines on the tail section Actually several regional aircraft have them on the aft fuselage: Fokker 100, DC-9, Embraer ERJ 145, Bombardier CRJ100 - The wings are too far back That's actually inherent of the placement of the wings at the aft fuselage, so quite correct. - There is no jetway to get to the plane That disappeared with the vanishing base plates I guess. - The details that are in the airport are awkwardly placed That always has been the case, though in some sets more than in others. But personally I actually like these details. It must have been a compromise of what to put in. - There is no co-pilot That could be easily solved - The plane can only hold 5 passengers That's more than my old four-engined 4-wide aircraft. - The cockpit has no control levers True but I think it is compensated by the panels (Fly By Wire with side sticks like Airbus?) - There is only one door That's in agreement with a small regional jet. - There seem to be a lot of stickers ... Well it probably would be more expensive if they would print it. But that is an eternal discussion as well. In the end it depends on how you feel about it yourself. If you are not so sure and see a lot of cons, then don't buy it.
  14. Nice. That brings back memories. Not only to my own childhood, but also to when I went through my own old LEGO sets 5 years ago. I managed to replace all my broken parts including the antenna you mentioned (for me it was for set 381), but I see the prices for a complete antenna have risen more than 50% in the last 5 years. When bricklinking for part I searched for old used parts from the same era as I wanted to avoid having new shiny parts from updated molds. Was that a criterion for you as well or not?
  15. That's amazing. A dream I also had as a child. With all my bricks (large windows were the limiting factor) at that time I could only build a 4 storey building. But this is really well executed especially with those curves. Great job!
  16. Nice building. The shape and details are really well done. I am not sure if I like the colour combination of dark green with bright pink though. That's a bit too much contrast. But other than that. Nice job!
  17. Wow. Another beauty! The curves are really well done. Excellent work.
  18. Pff can you stop for a while All those amazing models you throw at us great job on all of them
  19. That's a very nice and smooth design. The 7-wide really works well here.
  20. Oh WOW! That's not only huge but amazing as well. What a pack of details!
  21. That's a strange distribution. I had the same distribution as mentioned in post #302 on page 13. To me it seems very odd that you found 6 of one player and 5 of one player and then 4 of 7 players. I have seen this in the very early CMF series where you may have ended up with a box only had two complete series, but nowadays this doesn't seem to occur anymore.
  22. Nice work. All looks great, especially the CL-215!
  23. Brilliant, simply brilliant!
  24. There are suddenly a lot of breweries around here. But this is another very nice one! And love the statue as well.
  25. Nice coaches. And the logo is brilliant. I also like those coloured rounded windows. Very nicely done. As well as the rest of the detailing.
