Graceful and dynamic. It reminds me of concept art for Morrowind. Really cool!

Seriously, I was expecting a stranded dead whale MOC! This is sooo much better though. Great idea and well executed. Its so detailed and looks very dynamic in its creepy-crawly way. Brilliant!

I like it. Nice mixture of old & new. The green tips on the battlements do really well - as the green accents do within the walls. I would add maybe some living area and make the keep one level taller or so. Edit: Before I forget (well, actually I did, but yay for the edit-function^^) I would try to take the photos with light shining more at the front of the castle. The pictures look quite backlight-heavy, which makes quite an interesting, sunset-like effect, but doesn't presents the castle as nicely. The close-ups look fine, so I think just rotating it towards the light-source might already do the trick.

Imperial Star Destroyer Command Bridge MOC
Littleworlds replied to TheCreatorr's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Very well done. It looks like ready for green-screening, if you ask me. A couple closeups from the interior could have helped to give a better idea of that part. It also took my a bit to find the stormtrooper, so maybe add a couple of officers and maybe that guy in black with the heavy breathing^^ -
1994 Lego TV commercial: the ham-fisted incompetence of Spyrius
Littleworlds replied to hagridshut's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Its actually quite charming! And I see the intention of showing off their latest sets and squeezing them all into a TV spot - so from that perspective it works well. Its also always good to let things look nicely harmless in case parents are watching too -
There are some really good ideas and styles going on here. I like the rough, utilitarian look, which is very much in theme with the M-tron folks.

Nicely done! I like the idea to use the medical chamber in a city context. That gives it a nice scifi-twist. The exterior is very well done too - and since I haven't seen pictures of your city before, you get some extra applause for that. Excellent ideas there. Probably too many to point out!

That was before my time, but it still looks fantastic.

So expressive and cute

I have no idea.

@Rockstaremcee tempting, isn't it?
-
Exactly. A couple hours exposure might be ok, but personally I don't want to risk it and it is simply not necessary to put them outside, so why bother?

[COMIC] The Monday Deathmatch Tournament
Littleworlds replied to Aliencat's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
Once again superbly photographed and build. -
This looks very good! Of course cars from the 70s and 80s are like made to be build in Lego, but you did a superbly detailed front. I'm really curious how the rest will look like.

Society of Heracles, Friends of Equality and Liberty

This is brilliant. The vignettes and minifigs are exellently build and the additional lore and artwork rounds your narrative up perfectly. -
Sleek and elegant shaping, good colouring and detailing. I also like the cockpit. Very snug and tidy. Great build!

Hello and welcome to Eurobricks, DragonB81! As for the capturing: I never did that myself, but I would scan or take a picture of the prints and then convert the lines into curves in Photoshop or Gimp so you get smooth shapes. It might require some research into tutorials to get it right, though.

I usually buy a set to build it. Sometimes, when there is a clearance sale or something like that, I get multiples for the pieces. I also happily modify and improve a set where I see it necessary. That can happen straight away (usually small modifications), or bigger ones, like expanding a modular building. I got the Hogwarts Great Hall, for example, and turned it into a rock/metal club with only very limited modifications needed.

[Modular MOC] Venetian Watchmaker's and Glass Shop
Littleworlds replied to Giacinto Consiglio's topic in LEGO Town
So very charming and atmospheric! I like the inventivenes of your interiors and such little whimsical details like the tourist looking in awe at that gorgeous chandelier. Excellent stuff. -
Hello St8 and welcome to Eurobricks!

Definitely dishwashing liquid and warm water. As for drying: during the summer its relatively simple. scatter it out on a plastic try and put it in front of a fan. Turn every few hours. Of course no direct sunlight, so definitely not outdoors.

Great idea to put classic space and freight trains together. Having something doing bulk transportation over the surface of an alien planet - works to me! I really like how you built the elevated track. It could be something straight out of the star wars universe. Nicely utilitarian and heavy looking, still futuristic. Sadly the train itself does not work with me. The middle section looks unnecessarily tall; like a hump. An overall lower silhouette would have worked better, i think. Maybe giving it more resemblance to the space ships. I would also add more greebling on the sides and work more with colours. Some black and yellow warning strips, pipes and lights and maybe some visible hydraulic pistons.
-
Once again splendid play with depth of field and light/shadow. I'm really curious how you will do the duel vader/ben kenobi!

I'm not really into trains, but the set looks really awesome. I'm especially taken by the station. Such lovely brickwork - and internal decoration is there too. If that would be sold as standalone, I would be on board! As for the train-width discussion I think a bit more coherence on side of TLG when it comes to sizing would be quite helpful. It looks definitely looking gorgeous though. All in all its not a set made for me, but I think it will be quite a hit. Christmas isn't that far away and we AFOLs take every chance we get to justify buying too much Lego
