  1. I can see this being so fascinating at a brick convention but also so bloody annoying too...
  2. There's a number of suttle details that unless your a diehard truck spotter or you happen to own a k100 or two are very well done. A lot of love has been lavished on the truck and reefer I would certain love this on my shelf.
  3. It's just under a hour away from being the 19th here and life had somewhat got well in the way of tc18 though I did enjoy getting time to play with lego. A brilliant number of entries and I look forward to voting so a huge well done to everyone
  4. Well with four days to go you better get busy
  5. The photos are good and crisp the addition of tools and a wood background suit. The technical side of the review is ? I'm picking the way it reads your the opposite sex as that's what my missus would say working on cars . The set only appeals to fans of the franchise. Me I think lego dropped the ball not making a ucs or flagship set. However practice make perfect and I look forward to other technics review.
  6. That would be very cool or could you turn the spare tire into a hog instead? I like the yellow stripes
  7. I know that feeling my stepson has borrowed the wheels of my racecar and left his stock biscuits sitting on my car...
  8. The only one thing you can't use is balloon tires. You might want to go and read the thread pertaining to the rules. Kind regards matt
  9. There is a famous (in nz) saying Yeah Na Bro.
  10. Very close to it. However give the a100 was the base for the deora your scale is well off. It will be interesting to see how this comes out.
  11. This could be a new Euro bricks Sport, but I love to see a "Dukes of Hazard" style jump over the transporter...
  12. There have been in the last couple of weeks in Australia some quite nasty truck accidents. I would certainly go and buy a second 42108 to build this through I really do like the red. We use a endless chain with a skate version. Safer for the driver quicker and you can have a much higher rated chain link than cable.
  13. Your Australian spec needs a bit of work. It's not quite been rolled, bowled and assholed...
  14. I think its a hard car to capture, the 944 has "hips" and that rear wheel arch is just disappearing, and the tire should be fat and right at the lip of the guard. the Lego guards suit a 911 unfortunately and your car is not sitting level, I think at this scale suspension is a luxury not a necessity
  15. I feel your pain as I'd like to do any other color than black as everything just blends in. Could a black roof with black door tops be a option. Yellow would be very nice.
  16. I like the good turn of speed the truck has and I like the loading ramps on the trailer. It looks a lot of fun to play with. Well done.
  17. One possible entry if the person completes it will have by my count well over 100 system bricks. Once again it's nearly an entire brick built interior which fits the car like a glove and I think this moc would be hard pressed not to have a heavy brick system count. Maybe next time @Jim a percentage ratio of you don't want technic/ model team builds. I still can sit here and appreciate the design and work as its beautiful done @HorcikDesigns and hopefully the voters decide too.
  18. I like how the trailer contains all the Pf yet the truck can and remains a standalone hog play moc. Very well done.
  19. Rear indicators and steels but not in black. (I'm not a fan of black rims. They do work on a bright yellow mx5) A pop of color would be nice. Even if you just do a render to see..
  20. Tell the wife when you can drive over a cigarette and tell if it's filtered or unfiltered then you know it's hard.. I love the build
  21. @Jundiscleaned the workshop and the NA the coilovers are wound up at the moment.
