  1. Hi Sariel, I have tested top speeds often, and the gear ratio applied to this truck is the best speed you will get without gears skipping or batteries not able to keep up. If you were to do 4 buwizz And 4 buggy motors, of course you may attain a higher top speed. The viper had gearing options higher than this truck, but when you drove the batteries would quickly burn out or not have enough torque to get the car rolling. I focused on making this truck lighter to support a quicker speed. I didn’t have too much issues with ground clearance, of course I hit rocks and what not while filming but it mostly just hit the bumper and kept on rolling. I have not clocked any speeds to judge what is faster as I don’t have a tool to measure that accurately. But I do have experience driving many fast 1:8 models and this truck, mated with 4wd (which helps a lot) provide more torque and better traction. All in all it drives like a dream - and was fun to film ?
  2. Yes I will - and thanks ?

  4. Man that is epic ?? I love all the details you added and so many functions! Impressive work !
  5. That is brilliantly designed. From the first sight I thought it was real, it has full body shaping and perfect scale. Love it !
  6. Wow this is amazing! Details and flow of the bodywork is spot on. Tough to do at this scale! Congrats !
  7. Looking incredible Thorsten! A digital artist at work ?
  8. To watch this model become reality over the past 2-3 years has been an absolute pleasure. Dugald took this car and revamped every single detail until perfection. I personally didn’t think it was possible, to have the wing functional and still be lifted by actuators. To have both the clam shell and hood lift at separate times or together as they are at two ends of the vehicle. To replicate the ultimate party trick and have the doors, clam shell and hood open all at once. Then to figure out all the gearing for not just the motors but in the completely Manual version. This build was 200% designed, debugged and completed by Dugald alone. Honestly watching this car come alive - and all totally working - made me believe in the unbelievable. My hats off to you bro! You nailed it!!! The blue version will be the icing on the cake ?
  9. Many would love this car!! And working with Thorsten is something special - so much experience and very professional. You won’t regret it!
  10. Looking forward to the video then. Really great design ?
  11. I see black wheel arches at the rear.. were they painted?. are you planning on making instructions? Would like a little video of it too :)
  12. Very clean design. I love it - the shaping is very close to the original, the creative use of the panel placement. The only area that seems a bit off is the nose. A very hard area to replicate but that’s it. Great stuff!
  13. Woah interesting design! Looking forward to your progress
  14. No, it’s same size as the Bugatti. 1:8 scale
  15. That is spectacular! You’ve captured the lines very nicely and added so many functions in a small space. I fee you’ve really captured the essence of the helicopter ? well! Congrats ?
  16. Thanks! - I felt like the interior was something original - and functional too. I'm thinking around 3000 pcs. I completely agree with you about the roofline. Its got such tough lines to follow, slightly shaped but straight. Took full advantage of the new parts in the Porsche RSR set. The wheel arch at the front was very intentional. It was the only way to meet the height and shape, then I wanted the same arches front and rear, so this was the outcome. From a distance tho they blend into the side well. Wow honored you guys are building Godzilla! looking forward to seeing this build beside Fira's masterpieces :) I am so glad we met, @KD123 has been the inspiration behind so many critical details of each build, his and my brothers help is priceless support. The high-performance model is celebrating its golden jubilee with a special edition that will come in three trims-GT-R Premium, GT-R Track Edition, and GT-R Nismo. The special GT-R pays tribute to the model's rich heritage, which began in 1969 when the original "Hakosuka" Skyline GT-R debuted in Japan, with new interior details, unique paint colors, and special badging. 18. Wow this is absolutely incredible!! It is the largest moc of the year - with so many functions to boot ?! Incredible bodywork - amazing grill and just stunning overall appearance and scale. Well done
  19. Fascinating gearbox!!! Looking forward to this new iteration/ design, you’re a gear box wizard!
  20. Dang. I’m thoroughly impressed. The shaping is very nice on the eyes, my only complaint is front beams exposed at the front. Regarding the functions, definitely not sure how all that fit into a 1:10 scale design with such limited spacing due to the exterior shaping. I second that the gearbox functions need to be shown on video. I’m not a fan of any Pagani cars in real life, but you’ve managed to capture the whole thing so well! It’s a real shame others can’t build it, but very good of you to put it to a good cause. I might be going out on a limb but I Believe this is your best design. HOF worthy.
  21. Many thanks Bruno! I’m happy you enjoy the build - you of all people know what goes into something of this scale :) i was thinking that you could make plastic rims for drifting - if so I would suggest making the car with direct drive for more torque and power!! I should have done it for the video :( Thanks again man! I’ve really pushed this design to develop new techniques to deal with the unique features of the real car ? Ford Mustang Hoonicorn ? 22. Wow. Impressive!! Very nice lines and functions - You've done a spot on job. The front grill detail is very creative and find it honorable that you fit the front and rear seats into the design with many functions! Cant wait for your next build

  24. Hi! Yes the rims are 3D printed :) my brother made them. This is 1:8 scale, same as the Bugatti Chiron. Ahh you got me!! Very true. You’re the first to mention that - I was actually torn beteeen V1 and V2. When I saw the turbo PN 2999 I knew I had to build the V2, but was also a fan of the V1 stickers. If that’s the only anomaly I can live with it :)
  25. Hi! Good news all - Jaap Technic will be making a sticker pack! Also, Brickvault showcased t his car in thier top 10 MOC's - honoured to be the highlight of the video!
