    Jeez, I have a shed load to do (no pun intended) first a lot of sorting, then 10240 ( BrickLinked for full set) and finally 8258. To many nice evenings in the garden and BBQs

    I have just been given 7 weighted bricks (6x2x2) which might be useful with this set.

    The forester will sell because of the pneumatic system, I will get it but will swop out some of the colours to get a more uniform finish instead of it looking like a bucket of puke.

    Technics is all about machines for us to build and enjoy, it doesn't matter to me if one crane is better than the next, we as builders can improve it.

    I wonder if you can move the suspension spring to the inner hole so that it is vertical, it may be a solution to the sag.

    I have enough spare lime to replace the green so I can build 42008 as well ?. I have decided to replace colours if I have the technic parts so I can build classic kits as well.

    Lego should use tougher plastic or go to metal for weak parts.
