    Yeah they're done very well, same as the rebel pilot. My only issue with the imperials is that most lego minifigs use silver for the crest (eg tie pilots) and the white on the firestar arms doesn't sit as well as it could.

    That really does suck. Looking on the bright side though, at least you don't have to waste money buying a non- scifi set just to get the "gift".

    Dang, whilst most of the constraction figures are not that exciting, I was looking forward to the 501 AT-RT trooper. Would look great next to the biker scout - in my imagination anyway.

    Super awesome designs! Can't imagine anyone improving on these at this scale with currently available parts. Well done mate, will probably pick up the instructions for the OT version.

    Sorry for the late reply. There was a comparison photo in the 2018 thread from a week ago ish. However I'll get a pic posted this evening when work and stuff is out of the way.

    My local Lego store had a new shipment of 75166 FO Transport Speeder BPs so I picked one up hoping that the stormies had the new TLJ helmet print - and I can confirm that they did :)

    It's a new cockpit + pylon design , which look to be somewhat more like the UCS model than the previous system scale sets. The solar panels are mostly the same as before though.

    Since it's not even listed on Lego's UK site yet I'd wager that this is speculation on the part of your local retailer.

    looks great. I agree it's nice to see the walker at this scale - fits more with minifig displays .

    Yep seen it. It's basically the worst half of last year's Rogue One AT-ST....

    It's showing up in google images now....It's basically the legs from the last version, with a load of parts missing from the head section, and BB8 driving what's left of it.

    It's hard to make out the detail from the AT-ST photo since it's so blurry, but I hope there's more to it than just 2/3 of an AT-ST and a technic beam. I was really hopeful for this set too, but looks like it could be another disappointing TLJ set.

    Kylo's Tie Fighter - not built it yet but the Special Forces pilot is super lush! Those red stripes really make it.

    Really great job - thanks for posting this The wing tips need finishing though as they're a bit blunt atm. It would be awesome if you could attach the lxf - I'd try and get it built this weekend if you did

    The bat head that came with 76027 Black Mantra has quite a pale face on the non-scuba side. Looks pretty good, much better than the ubiquitous tan version.
