    I agree, I think they are about 1 plate to high but until Lego makes a 2x2 rounded corner plate. I'm kind of stuck unless I do some modifying where I stack the plates 3 high to lower it down but then I think I'll end up with vertical stabilizers that are to thick and "stepped" in their appearance. But something to work on/consider in the future.

    My latest Star Wars MOC from Star Wars: Rebels - the RZ-1 A-Wing Interceptor as flown by the Phoenix Squadron. Phoenix Squadron had several different paint jobs on their fighters so I just picked one and went w/ that build. Alas after this build, I'm now tempted to build some of the others in different blue/grey combinations.     Nice MOD, the whole wing thing bothered me from the beginning when I first saw the Lego images compared to the actual X-Wing. Nice that somebody figured out a way to MOD this. I'm sure more people will attempt this also. Pretty sure you can bet all that money burning a hole in our wallets that Lego will release a grey/blue version of the X-Wing as well that was in the trailer.

    The coloration of the water w/ the layered tiles is spot on...also digging the carved look of the bilateral stone carvings.

    Great job, like the the racing stripe....funny to see how many people are working on an A-Wing inspired/from Star Wars: Rebels including me...mine is still very much a WIP.
