    I ordered one too since I don't have the fig. Love that it's available for a reasonable price compared to the aftermarket prices of the collectibles. Hopefully they do more in the future.

    The Pet Shop is the only one currently available that is not listed in the Spring catalog. I don't know if it was listed in previous catalogs though. So maybe it doesn't mean anything.

    You can't see the hinge bricks, no. They're hidden under the crates in the front. Unless you wanna build it exactly, any color will do. One of the first things I did when I started was go through the instructions and check which parts can be subbed because they're not visible. The sand green hinges, the dark/earth green 2x4 bricks, etc. I just substituted them with pieces I had on hand. Also remember that some pieces, especially tiles, are cheaper to order directly from LEGO.

    I'm substituting the bricks with groove as well. No way I'm paying for those. If you absolutely want to, though, make sure to check the instructions. You really don't need all 50+ of them, since they are not all visible in the finished build. You can easily substitute about a dozen of them for plain 1x2 bricks. I have 5 orders coming in next week. Just 2 or 3 more and I'll have everything I need...

    Good progress! I'm still gathering bricks for my Green Grocer, but already itching to start on Cafe Corner. Bricklinking is addictive...

    I'm not too interested in Nexo Knights since none of the vehicle builds look very appealing to me, but I got the King's Mech because it looked like such a cool set, and it was. The mech was a really fun build, the minifigs are pretty decent (especially king Halbert) and it has some good useful parts.. It's the only Nexo Knights set I have though, other than the freebies, so I have no basis for comparison.

    I'm gonna get GBHQ during double VIP points in March, which will get me to $85 in rewards total, to spend in April and get the Mr Freeze. I still get it if I pay with VIP points, right?

    These are all such a good value. I loved last year's models and I'm really happy to see this theme continued.

    So many fans, myself prolly included, who think the set is no good will buy it anyways because of the minifigures. If you're anything more than a casual LEGO Batman fan, you know you need the figures.

    I only have the Ferris Wheel out of those and would defintely recommend it. It's fantastic. It took me about 8 hours to build spread over a couple of days and while there was some repetition, it was still so satisfying to see it come together. Comes with a ton of figs, as well. I'm guessing the mixer is in the same vein, but it's older so you might wanna pick that up first if you're interested.

    Apparently it is kind of taboo to even ask... My bad. I'll just continue to be thankful for whatever info some of them make available, and continue to be annoyed at the way others use their insider access and knowledge as a way to grow e-peen and get some attention.

    Oh. He has an inside source like j2g? I see him posting a lot but was somehow unaware that he's an informant. Who are the other people on here with sources, and who are their sources? I know j2g, tragic banjo, cm4sci, some of the moderators...

    How would you get it before it gets leaked? Am I missing something obvious?

    It will be quite a while before we hear anything. I'm hoping for a clinic or a dentist's office. A library, hospital, or school modular building seem very unlikely with the size of the three most recent sets.

    Just placed my first BL order for the Green Grocer in a long while. after some initial small orders I took a long time to go through my own pieces, and found that I had about 25% of the pieces on hand. I'm making A LOT of substitutions, and forgoing a lot of the interior to keep the price reasonable so it will be a very heavily modified build. Hopefully I will be able to get everything I need in 3 or 4 more orders and a big B&P order from LEGO during double VIP. I have to stop browsing stores I'm ordering Green Grocer parts from though. Sooo tempting to add a bunch of minifigs and elements I tell myself I will use in a future MOC.
