@Myers Lego Technic Thanks) I'll do better photography later, i promise. I just rush photographing too this time( @LXF Thanks) I just have tons of these ribbed hoses, and don't know where else i can put them. Steering rack is rigid enough, these beam-to-stud connection is sturdier than rack-to-hub ball connection.

Impressed by my own last MOC, i rush another one. Now it takes 14 hours. I started with steered and driven front axle and finished with this: Fair 4x4 with 3 differentials Live axles at front and back, both using 3 control arm setup Steering with longitudal steering arm, similar to control arms - this prevent steering while suspension play Fake VR6 engine Openable doors HOG steering with steering gear located where is steering wheel supposed to be Suspension travel is not so much, also it's too stiff for weight of this model. Motorized version with 2 motors and AA battery box will suspend more cool) And close shot of front axle Slightly more on FLICKR. I hope i'll find time to shoot some video. Thanks for reading)

Looking at pictures 5th time i just realized that 42070 is definitely in my wish list, because it have nice assortment of black parts.
-
Thanks) I'll try to make something with air intakes. Some driving tests show one serious flaw in whole model - one XL is not enough because there's no Ackerman steering. Friction caused by front wheels while turning slow down model and can stop all car while turning and moving backwards( Driving over the building table was much more promising.

Thanks for sharing this discussion. As i observed, alcohol makes me stupid over long time. Less intelligent than 2-5-10 years ago. About trip to finland - it was good idea, to move from all that surrounds me, to more quiet place. I already did it, and whole situation is getting worse. I think that i need to stop drinking. Just stop, force of will... whatever) -

I got drunk almost every day for last 5 years. Not proud of this. Still can build, still can create, still can live somehow. If i'd disappear from this forum in some day - it's not because i ended bad. It's because i will go somewhere far away, like Tibet. I don't think it's appropriate topic for writing stuff like this, i just don't know where to share my thougts else. -
I just knew, that you will be that one, who build Lykan some day))) Great bodywork solutions. Much impressed with rear lights.

As i understand - there's no question legal or not. Anti roll bars will not deform axles, if model stay on shelf for an year. But torsion used in suspension will deform axles because they will constantly under load.

Wow, how i missed this? Love the car, love the music choice)

I don't sure about performance, but i really like how cool it looks. Just love the shapes)

3L axle with stop and will have same functionality, but axle doesn't stick outside. But 1/2 bush or half thick 2x1 beam is needed
-
@Didumos69 Great. As usual, better than i expected))) I think that black 4L axle pushed 0,5 stud deeper inside can fit better. Also that "OO+" beam can be replaced with bionicle tooth, but i don't sure that it can be handled so easy.
-
@Didumos69 If i was at your place - i'll search for other way to lock the door in place. Something like 41999 - it's easy, doesn't rely on parts deformation, except rubber.

Small and cute, i like it) -
Applied some fixes: Front lights, as @MajklSpajkl suggested Seats, almost as @jono rocky suggested. 2x1 liftarms just doesn't fit there Mirrors, thanks to @Leonardo da Bricki - i lower them, make smaller and more elegant as i think. Also rotate 3x11 panels under the mirrors a little and secure it better. Air intakes. Black ones was just lost. And i get rid of illegal connections there, now this area is feels much more properly assembled. Moving seats deeper into the car, as @Erik Leppen said is possible, but there's not only a battery box that can be moved somehow. There's main vertical support of roof, just behind the seats. And to move it i need to disassemble almost whole car( I'm still don't sure about air intakes, what guys do you think? Thanks for helping making my Envy better)
-
Thanks again for your comments) It feels Le-Mans-esque for me too. I make it that way for one reason - make whole car weight less. Behind the seats is AA battery box, and it's horizontal, and it's a structural element of chassies. It can be fixed, but with stiffer rear suspension. And it's too much changing of insides, so i leave it for that model. But remember for my next attempts. And there's no horizontal beam between H beams because there's no space. Space taken not by the hood, but by supporting beams of front bumper. Also i didn't notice any H beams wobbling while testing chassis by droping it on the table. Thanks) I'll try to make some changes to seats, if roof allow me to do it) I don't have that part in any color) But i can remake whole structure with pins on the other side. Thanks for suggestion. I already used all my black teeth except one... I'll try to remake it using slopes, or something else)

Thanks) Because it's my first supercar built from LEGO... Porsche 550 is too old for being super in that century, so it was a legendcar) Thanks) About the front lights - i'll do it better in next MOC, i promise. I just finished mudguards, and realised, that i forgot front lights. So i did it somehow. Lazy approach, but time saving.
