    Do I know which Romulan ship you're talking about? The only thing that comes to mind is the Romulan Winged Defender (which was a friggin' awesome design!), though it had up-swept wings. Still, not a bad source for inspiration! Always was my favorite Romulan ship. May have to try to make a lego version sometime...
