Oh, no!!! (both for the toppled ship AND the dreaded pirates closing in!!) I quite like the ship itself and I find very interesting her brickbuilt sails. And judging by its raised stern and bow, is she some kind of caravel or galleon?

Warehouse, Puerto Desafio, Isla de Victoria
blackdeathgr replied to Elostirion's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Aw, I love it!! Soooo cute!!! And its size feels so... right!. The irregular base adds a lot to the build too. All in all a very nice (and cute) build!! I wanted to make something similar with microfigs albeit on a ship for quite some time and now you motivated me to build it faster- 12 replies

Lego Napoleonic British and French Armies
blackdeathgr replied to Sir E Fullner's topic in Pirate MOCs
@Sir E Fullner A great way of depicting the main forces of the Napoleonic Wars. Thanks for showing them to us and I am hoping to see them soon in action in one of your MOCs! Also since you have a knuckle for this, is it possible to depict other armies of that era, always of course using readily available LEGO parts and torsos? And once again, thanks!- 3 replies

Great idea! I had been on one such "entertainment" machine when I was a child but yours is a real extravaganza

A nice collab it is! I love how the seemingly "selfless" Corries help to alleviate the wounds of war at certain vital Mardieran settlements . Anyway, apart from that suspiciously too-good-to be-true Corrish plan, following the Mardieran defeat, those Mardierans citizens that decided to leave their settlements for to fear of reprisals by the Eslandolans, have swarmed many Oleander colonies. A simple but effective housing project has started, funded by our merciful King so as not to leave a single refugee without a roof. For the same reason priests of Poseidon have been recently summoned in our colonies and are trying to alleviate the refugees pain however they can. On your builds themselves, I quite love that war-torn feeling that all of them have, especially the burnt parts of the houses and I also quite like that big bell of yours. Oh, and Ayrlego's tan cows... Did I say I love tan cows?!?!? Keep up the great (reconstructive) work guys!

blackdeathgr replied to Captain Dee's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
A cultural build of EPIC proportions! I quite love the colors and the great bell design is awesome. One can worry though about the stability of the section with the arches Still, I love it and find it to be a nice addition to our BoBS universe!- 21 replies

[SR - FB1 june 17] small acre of Tobacco
blackdeathgr replied to Professor Thaum's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Overwhelmingly big with nice ground elevations. Also there is no such thing as too much green I guess!! On the baseplate level though, I think I'l echo Elo's words on some more detailing. Great work! -

[COR - ChVE - Part 3] Dr. Brickingstone, I presume
blackdeathgr replied to Bregir's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Oh, this is lovely! As Bodi said, "stray" indigenous people and their former glorious civilization is a great idea with much stuff to elaborate on (possible) future builds. I also loved the following part: I mean, really?!?!? Archaic Corrish?!?!?! Such things give some great added value to our ever expanding universe! Keep them up Bregir! My only nitpicking would be the lack of uniformity between the white colored ruins and the gray temple. In reality (at least in theory) these would either be built from white marble or from gray one. But this is really something insignificant, told in a very constructive way and always in the spirit of improving ourselves(or our brick stash ) -
