I didn't even realize the title had changed! @Wolfpack Well, yes obviously the real question is the poll question. I'm just thinking that in simplistic form it's a matter of change (of that specific nature) or no change as written into option 1. At the start of the poll, when the multi-vote option wasn't specified, it looked like you could add 2-4 to see how many were voting for that change in some way, when in reality you couldn't. As far as me saying the poll is a bit messy, that was based on the initial misunderstanding that it was a 1-vote poll. I agree with your last sentence in that regard. I would add that I'm not fond of option 4. It seems like that could be... chaotic.

I don't care one way or another how this is resolved. It won't affect my experience as a builder. For me, the biggest issue is the poll itself. You absolutely should NOT be able to vote for all 4 options simultaneously. I wasn't going to vote at all, but seeing discussion about it being possible to vote for more than 1 got my curiosity up. Surely it won't let you select all 4 options, much less VOTE for all 4? But it does. That's absurd. And the results are definitely skewed because of the multi-vote possiblity. The fundamental question is whether to keep the forum exclusive to Lego or not. In that regard, voting for option 1 is a "yes" and voting for any of the other 3 is a "no." In total the other 3 dwarf option 1, but 1 has the individual lead at the time of this writing; however... ...that assumes everyone voted for only 1 of the 4, which isn't the case, and so you can't reach a foolproof conclusion as to how many people really voted for some degree of change -- only for how many voted NOT to change. In other words, the poll is a bit messy. Again, I don't care one way or another. EDIT: In my opinion, a better poll would have been 2 different questions: 1. Do you want to keep Eurobricks exclusive to the LEGO brand (Yes or No) 2. If you voted "No" for question 1, then which 1 of the following 3 do you support (options 2-4 of the existing poll.)

I should've worded my first post differently. I meant that TLG would probably use the boat piece for simplicity if they released a set like this. But maybe not - they have done several brick built hulls in recent years. And due to the simplicity of the original, I pretty much expected a brick built hull for this when I saw the title.

The lunacy of the original set was half the fun. That and the rare plain bicorne. Nice remake. The hull shaping is good, although for the sake of simplicity in an official set I think you could use the standard boat and just replace the full cannon with the howitzer - if you had room for the 2 men, that is.

On the one hand, this looks like a pretty cool set, but... On the other hand, when the only offerings are remakes, it feels like this theme is dead. Somehow I can't muster much excitement. In 5 years maybe they'll do a reimagined Armada Sentry. That would just be glorious.

I loved the original and this remake is cool too. You've managed to stuff a lot of details into the available space again. I didn't watch the video, but it appears the floor is ingots on plates? Cool technique.

Interesting set design and fun crocodile concept. Looks like a fun play set.

Ok, that staircase is just beautiful. And the rest of the build looks quite nice too. Love the fiddlers on the roof. Wait. Those aren't fiddles.

The courthouse looks nice and the guillotine is a great design, but the real star for me is the courtroom scene. It's fantastic. The minifig designs and poses are just about perfect.

@Robert8 After recently acquiring multiple copies of the Rococo Aristocrat I remembered your French Queen from past years and came back here to make the comparison only to see that @Eggyslav has already done it! I like your colors slightly better, but I'm just glad they made something similar. Your original design is still great. Historical accuracy notwithstanding, I like the official hairpiece better only because it's monocolor and will work with other outfits. And congrats on all that you did with this project.
