This was a collab build with Isaac, again made for the Ye Old Merry Battleground display at BrickFair Virginia. We took a lot of inspiration from Mark of Falworth’s castles, particularly Falworth Castle. The castle split in half for transport, and the portcullis actually works via the crank at the top. I would like to claim UoP credit for the following: Architecture: SNOTted tile stonework Alqalea Manor is a lovely castle that serves as the home of Lord Alnabil. More pictures on Brickbuilt Thanks for looking, all C&C welcome

You're very welcome to join Kaliphlin! You don't need to read all 115 pages, though reading the first post in this thread would be a good idea. And you can only join one guild -
Yes, a folded up black minifig cape
-
Good to hear you find them useful! Thanks Isaac, I'm quite fond of that well design myself Thanks Titus! There will be a tutorial of the well up on Brickbuilt within a week or two Henjin was right, that part on top of two 1x1 cylinders Thank you! Thanks Exetrius! Thank you Ecclesiastes! the well took a bit of time, but I quite like how it turned out
-
Thanks a lot for the long, detailed comment, Henjin! The top part of the bellows is attached by clipping this part onto the bottom portion of the clips on this piece. It isn't real sturdy, but stays fairly well. (if you need more of an explanation, just ask and I can take some close-ups of it ) Glad you noticed the use of those black pieces in the pillars, as that was one of my favorite parts. Thanks for the suggestions on the mountain, I'll keep them in mind for next time And the thieves aren't really anyone in particular, just thieves Thanks BrickCurve! Looking forward to your builds Thanks Captain! Glad you like it Thanks, UM! Thanks Faladrin, this is definitely one of my favorite sections, so I'm glad you like it Thanks Blufiji! Thank you Thanks Kai! Glad you noticed the goats Thanks Isaac! Haha, thanks Titus, glad you like it

A new free-build from me, placed in Avalonia: Anyone else have builds in the works? I'll probably have another Kaliphlin free-build up before the end of the month -
A free-build placed in Avalonia, and also part of InnovaLUG's 'Ye Old Merry Battleground' collab, for Brickfair Virginia. This was a really fun build to make, and I’m quite pleased with how it turned out. I’ll definitely be doing some more Forestmen themed builds in the future. Inspiration for the rockwork goes to Brickvader. The Forestmen's camp is hidden well in one of the many forests in Avalonia, and provides an excellent base of operations for them. They have scouts placed at various locations a little ways from the camp, and a few outside of the forest to keep an eye on the neighboring Lords and Barons of the land. Most recently, they learned of Sir Ruari Leanin leaving for a tax collecting tour, which they took full advantage of... More pictures on Brickbuilt I would like to claim UoP credit for: Geography: Forest Thanks for looking, C&C appreciated
