  1. Damn, that's insane. If only you could drive it!
  2. The first one looks awesome, make a Lego copy of that
  3. How much did you end up paying? And now you have to build an extreme offroader to test them
  4. Currently working on an updated/improved fully RC version of the Enzo.
  5. Well, at least it gives TLC some idea that people really, really, really like more complex Technic sets ;-) I'd say put it on CUUSOO anyway! Also gives you more visibility, which you deserve.
  6. Crazy Ted reads my mind! Those are my picks as well, from the more recent sets at least.
  7. The trophy truck is also on my build list, I've already got all the parts. Very curious how well the CVT performs.
  8. FYI, it's outriggers, not outtriggers But I agree with you, those very thick outriggers look silly, however well they may function.
  9. True. If you don't like the sets, you don't have to buy them. There will always be (more) interesting MOCs to build. The official sets are then useful as part packs, so I'm not complaining.
  10. It's very rare in yellow, I got lucky and bought 4 from a fellow Eurobricker.
  11. How about blue? Looks like 42024 is finally going to bring us some blue 5x11 panels. Might buy a copy of the set just for those.
  12. Not a big fan of the colour scheme, but eagerly anticipating the release of the instructions nonetheless. I think I will build it in a red/white colour scheme.
  13. 3.9K parts.. just the right number for a Lego UCS set Are you going to put it on CUUSOO?
  14. He said so in an e-mail. You're going to Bricklink all the parts? That's going to be expensive indeed.. Me, I will just scavage my other sets.
  15. Sheepo finished making the digital files, so instructions should be coming soon. Can't wait to build this beauty.
  16. I'm ashamed to say I didn't even build 9394 cause I thought it was butt-ugly Lots of red panels though, so a good parts pack.
  17. All this talk about Technic UCS models etc. is just wishful thinking, let's get back to discussing the 2014 models MOAR PICTURES!
  18. I would give my left kidney for two copies of this set - the connoisseurs know why
  19. That loader looks great. You've got a real talent for designing, D3K. Did you use LDD beforehand? And what are the approximate part counts?
  20. Show me some Technic MOCs with 3-4K+ parts that could qualify as an official TLC set and still function well in all aspects ;-) Once you reach that kind of part count the models all become too heavy and put too much stress on the drivetrain. Now if we had stronger axles and gears.. though, those would probably cause the holes in the liftarms to wear too fast.
  21. Looks cool, how did you create the flashing lights?
  22. Don't think Technic is very suitable for UCS-size models, look at the bigger MOCs like Designer Han's hauler and Sheepo's defender.. they all start breaking down because the stress on the parts is too big. Some more added complexity without increasing the size would be nice though.
  23. Good job! Nice use of panels and soft axles for the contouring.
  24. Looks like it didn't quite work as expected, still a very nice effort though. Perhaps he will make an improved Mk2 with XL motors ;-) He has also made instructions for a rear (live) axle with a simple difflock available here: http://sariel.pl/dow...le-difflock.pdf. Looks quite useful!
