    The Season 8 trailer is out. A few new characters I'd love to see as figures including the Royal Family and eye-patch guy.

    Wishful thinking :) Though that building has a fantastic design. Someone should MOC a scaled-down version of it.

    I was hoping for new headgear in S9 and not a continuation of the movie headgear for a third straight wave. Oh well. It's economical.

    Ninjago City Docks makes perfect sense for a Ninjago City expansion. Look where the pins and holes are on Ninjago City. You could attach to either side and line up with the four stud wide walkway and water.

    A second Ninjago City set that connects to the first. Or the cat :) It does have the modular pins, after all. The only setting without a set is the fired generals lair, and I just don't see that being released as a massive 15 mini-figure set.

    The SoG are now in stock and shipping from Toys R Us, including the spinners. They appear to be in stock at stores as well. The only one out of stock is of course the temple.

    We're nearing the time when Toys R Us is likely to put some of the S8 sets out early. One is already showing up their website as out of stock. Keep your eyes peeled.

    I suddenly want monk minifigures. This is probably from the movie Blu-ray/DVD/4K that is arriving in reviewer mailboxes today.

    Glad to see you getting some ad views on your YouTube videos. You'll certainly get mine :) I'd love to build some of these for my city and I don't even know where to start.

    They won't release Elemental Masters with a book. Those figures tend to be core characters that kids will easily recognize or tied to the current season. I have confidence that we'll see the rest of the Elemental Masters eventually one way or another. As for that black Lloyd, it looks like a recolor of the training suit. I'd be surprised to see that in the TV series.

    Hopefully :) It's not an exact interpretation due to a variety of factors, but should be close enough to be recognizable. Anxiously awaiting more pieces to arrive...

    Started work on my interpretation of a 48x48 baseplate Borg Tower MOC that I've been wanting to do since Season 3. If all goes according to plan it will be the centerpiece of a larger city layout. All except the top floor (Borg's office) and top (Borg Logo, which will be challenging) are complete in LDD. Most floors are empty interiors (for now) save for the lobby, first floor (a restaurant) and second-to-top floor (loosely modeled after the Season 8 trailer). I have plans for the middle floors (Nindroid factory, etc.) that I'll add in the future. Lobby and first floor pieces are either ready or on the way from BL and PAB. Will update over time as it builds up to hopefully more than a few feet in height.

    That brick-built pretzel and the whole market is glorious. Not a very marketable set to kids, but I'd buy it in a heart beat.

    In years past, the remaining inventory goes up for sale in stores right after Bricktober ends, so early November. Last year I saw tons of them on an aisle display.

    I see several of the Ninjago 4-packs on eBay from US sellers. Sounds like a case of your mileage may vary. Best to call your local TRU and see if they're issuing the sets yet. Still no definitive word on what it takes to get one of the sets. Minimum purchase of ??? Picked up for a price or minimum purchase?

    Still cannot tell if the Ninjago 4-pack is available starting today or what it takes to get it. That said, Kai's Fire Mech is $14 off and the same price it was at Walmart when the sets first came out. https://www.toysrus.com/family?categoryid=11161920

    There are quite a few mechs/ships in the LEGO Ninjago Movie video game that aren't part of the first two waves. Has anyone thought about trying to MOC one of them? The hammerhead troop carrier plane is especially interesting.
