    I find it fascinating that none of the early reviews (I've seen) show a car "inside" the gas station. It was the first question I had, when i saw this set, maybe I'm the only one.

    I didn't mean it's all CGI. The environment is real. It's just the movement and the camera and the lighting that doesn't look right to me. Like I said, it doesn't really matter, this is just a nice prome clip. We will see, when they show more "real" footage from this car.

    Somehow the driving looks very CGI to me. (and the driver looks like he is lit by studio lights). That's OK, if it really drives, but it would be nice to see a real video of the moving car.

    wouldn't a UCS Star Destroyer by definition be a UCS model and not a Master Builder Series model? (since this set is not a UCS model according to the box)

    I don't think the blade touches the tree. When he titls the grabber, the blade moves upwards, away from the tree. Watch it in 0.25 speed, the tree gets "cut" when it hits the floor.

    The 8110 ended my dark ages, but I sold it, because I concentrated on the Creator Expert and UCS Stuff. But I think I'll buy the 42082 when it's cheaper, just because it's the biggest Technic set ever and I want to build an Technic model again. And it looks somewhat cool and displayable, unlike the BWE for example.

    yes, just like the leak with a picture of a really bad DB5 model, so everyone is even more happy about the amazing final set!

    if that is the real model, it's really disappointing. after all the teasers, i really hope it's fake (doesn't look like it though). the first creator expert car i would not buy. I guess they focused more on the gadgets than on the look.

    woohoo, mine shipped today (Germany). I ordered when the shipping date was June 7th, but there was a problem with my address, so I needed to contact customer service. I gave them the correct address, but by then the shipping date was already the 15th. a nice surprise :)

    The X-Wing and the B-Wing didn't have any. (1 for the X-Wing if you count R2) So there is not really a pattern here.
