  1. For me it was the 42009, I took around a week to build it but I only built an average of an hour and fifteen minutes a day. I had a big problem making the boom, I could not figure out where the string went.
  2. I wouldn't use hubs, they are not used in baja trucks and will only make it slower.
  3. Wait, those three tan bevel gears can't spin if they are connected like that with the red axle.
  4. I was wondering (sorry if this is the wrong topic) if anyone filmed their videos in 4k/UHD?
  5. Well I've made boats using the fiction pin and it worked great.
  6. Dude those propellers are unbalanced, I would use this piece http://www.brickshop.co.uk/32054lbgn-395-p.asp to move the propellers
  7. Maybe, I'll try to play it out in my head to see if it will look. Thanks
  8. I have gone through the whole axle thread before, but I've not found anything, does anyone else have other ideas?
  9. It turned out amazing and so did the video! I like the 21:9, what do you use to edit your video?
  10. I've made a few Lego rc boats and I didn't use a Lego hull. Instead I built a technic frame, then I wrapped multiple layers of plastic wrap around it to create the frame. You could also use a thicker plastic bag so not as many layers are needed.
  11. Okay so for the suburban I need a driven and steered 15 stud wide independent suspension ? Do you guys have any good ones ? Thanks in advance.
  12. Maybe if the rod was coated in something that would protect it?
  13. I have put my pneumatics in water and I haven't gotten any rust if that's what your worried about. Or we could get Effe to design us a stainless steel rod for the pneumatic cylinder
  14. Very cool, could you maybe replace the syringe with the new pneumatic cylinder? Did you even read his post?
  15. I believe that this was a joke because many projects don't have enough of a transformation.
  16. Very nice! all the realistic control are there which sure is not easy. Could you show us some pictures of the inside mechanisms?
  17. Well then again you could say that you use non Lego batteries and electricity; it really gets down to how picky we are about these Lego land speed 'rules'. ;)
  18. I also hope to try and beat the 100% Lego car speed record and maybe boat record. I hope to brake the land speed record in Lego with a torquey and decently high revving LPE. An for the boat I'm still not sure, probably buggy mot but what else do you guys think could work? What projects do you guys hope to build?
  19. This is nice but this is the wrong topic, this topic is for photography not cinematography ;)
  20. I better make it real strong, water and fireproof
  21. That's exactly where I got the idea for it!
  22. Exactly! I've been drooling over building a Toyota Hilux
  23. Thanks for the info guys but I still think that it won't be continued. I have something much better planned. I am going to build a Toyota Hilux in a smaller scale.
  24. Guys, I'm not sure if this project will ever get finished. The car has too much chassis flex, no rear seats, a very crude convertible system, and a slight lack of power. I have not touched it for a few months. I think I bit off more than I could chew plus I actually prefer building in a smaller scale. It will only be continued if there is enough want from you guys.
