Everyone in Eslandola has been wondering for a long long time if gold could be used as an instrument. But now, finally, my engineers have come up with a way to get it to work! Hereby I present the... GOLD ORGAN It magnifies the sound of the gold and silver keys through its pipes. I hope you like how it sounds. Here it is again without me. Once I have a flagship for myself I'll for sure get it on board. But until then it'll have to stay here at the Musicians Talent Fair here in Bardo. GOLD GOLD GOLD GOLD GOLD (etc)

This is gonna be a purchase between two builders then - once a price has been decided - where I'll give all rights (in the borders of BOBS) of the MOC to the buyer(as if he had built it himself). I couldn't use it further in the game which I wouldn't mind. I do not sell blueprints here - it is the whole ship, I wouldn't see how it would make sense otherwise anyways.

Up for Auction: Class 4A War Brig "War Dwarf", not licensed BIDS starting at 60DB Winning Bid: 60 DB Bregir This Auction goes on until the 13th of March in the year 616. Members of the Factions Eslandola, Corrington and Oleon are allowed to participate. Sea Rats can try to participate too, but their bids won't be taken seriously(except for a deal to no longer attack our convois:D) MAESTRO gets some of the income from this auction(not specified publicly) Quick update specifying something for the game rules: This is a builder to builder sale; whoever gets it has all rights he would've had if he had built the ship. I don't have the right to use it as my own ship anymore. Licenses might be easy to get from Corrington if you ask politely they may be cheaper than directly licensing it:P Hello everyone! I need DBs, and you need some more ships, right? Well, here is the solution! A dock where we can have auctions to sell off ships I don't need - and you can get them. For now we just have one ship up for auction - the War Dwarf. As this is a Warship (a class 4A, currently not licensed, but maybe you can get one of the licenses from the Corringtoners, they have a lot of them in the drydock. Or maybe you just want to prevent them from getting another strong ship which would make them, in your opinion, to strong) I will only offer this ship to Factions who are currently at peace(friendly relations) with us Eslandonians - Sorry, Sea Rats, I don't want another Warship in your hands ;) Okay, back to the story now: Finally! They are there! Took you long enough to arrive here *insert name of messenger of interested members of Corrington* and *insert name of messenger of interested members of Oleon*! Well, at least they didn't start a war while getting here! So, you are here to speak for those interested in this beautiful ship, the War Dwarf? Well then! I'm glad you followed the rules here - I'm glad I don't have to order my guards to kill you because you brought to many weapons! STAND STILL GUARDS! I hope you'll like this ship as much as I do - sadly I need money to get my trade ships back up and running. My good captian, Captain Damian Chetham, will be glad to show you around the ship. If you want to use this ship to defend your convois he would be glad to be at your service, together with his crew, who know this ship well. What are you guys doing back there? I'm trying to sell a ship here! *splashing noise* The War Dwarf is a amazing ship, I'll be glad to show you around! Lets check out the gundeck! You know, I told you before I shouldn't take you with me on this kind of mission. At least you didn't start a war... And you guys are setting up the chest for the auction? Great, once they are done checking the ship, we'll be able to continue quickly! *Seaman in the background talking about the guy who fell into the Harbor* That's one great ship, I'll go as high as I am allowed to go! Same here! So, I see that as you think all of those who sent you here are interested in this ship? Yes, indeed. Hey, stop answering his questions first! I'm sure whoever sent me wants this ship! Hey, can you hold this for a few minutes? Don't dare dropping with it into the Harbor though! Let me pass through! I want this ship too! You told me you were just here to observe an auction! What made you change your mind? I guess you will have to make some space so I'm not standing in your way now and am still able to get my bids in! *annoyed mumbling that they don't want another competitor* GOING! GOING! GONE! You've won a beautiful ship mister! *some time passes, whoever won the ship leaves with it, the Eslandolian members carry away the gangway.* Quick overview over the dock and all the Eslandolian protagonists: And, lastly we have the *insert name of messenger of interested members of Corrington*, his guard, the *insert name of messenger of interested members of Oleon* and his guard. I know this is a rather simplistic build, this was really just about the story - I hope this can still go as a freebuild like this:P If you don't think so tell me please - I have more ideas for this month anyways. This plays in the Docks of Elysabethtown. LET THE BIDDING BEGIN!

Couldn't you always temporarily unlicensed your free license to get the next one for cheap?

[ESL] CGH's beach house in Elysabethtown
Legostone replied to Captain Green Hair's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
And lots of Rum all around too:D Great residence! I hope the hints you are giving here are about your past, not your future! Edit: I just noticed that use of the fence-piece as a ladder, not exactly a new use, but very well integrated here - I guess it is best to use it for this kind of setting if you want to use it like this:D -
The Empire of Corrington: Sign-up and Discussion
Legostone replied to SkaForHire's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I would agree that only built vessels should be upgradable, not the non-built government and captured vessels. I feel like that could otherwise throw off balance somewhat (It is not like all factions are currently balanced out, you Corringtoners could take out half of Oleons fleet in one MRCA if you really wanted to do so...), as Governments could even easier get 5HA ships... I also feel like there are to many of those ships out there (as in, caught every month)- 897 replies

The Empire of Corrington: Sign-up and Discussion
Legostone replied to SkaForHire's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
That would be great if it would be possible for any ship; disarming ships to get more cargo into them would be pretty cool too. as in: 5T-3G+2$ -> 3S, 0G, 2C, 7$ You could only add 1/2 of the gun value you remove to the cargo value; rounded up as usual. Removing a gun level to get more cargo space should be around 40 or 50 DBs per level removed. And allow warships to be upgraded in guns and crew, max 1 each: 5HA+1G+1C 3S, 6G, 6C, 0$ Upgrading the gun level or crew level should be at least 40 or 50 DBs to stay balanced.- 897 replies

Expect a class 4A up for auction sometime next week! I know many of you have many DBs after this months MRCA and want to make use of them! You can get the license from your government I would bet! -Jerome Monezterell, Eslandola- 897 replies

Indeed. But it is definitely not most fun if a single trade company loses 3 ships in 2 months - about 3 times as many as Corrington which has 30 ships; we had 8 licensed ones (including the Appleseed which already sunk last month). I guess we are just really unlucky on that... Short: MAESTRO has lost 37.5% of their ships. Edit: funny, Eslandola has lost the Fallen Angel and captured the Blessed Angel - I hope thats a good omen, as the Fallen Angel has fallen, lets hope the Blessed Angel is blessed.

The "War Dwarf" is a built I published last month, but as I need DBs rather then a class 4A I'll put it up for sale next week:P And as of now, it is - as I am part of MAESTRO, and is currently not licensed - part of MAESTRO. But the licensing plans for that one kinda went downhill after this months MRCA as you might have noticed... You could consider buying a license from the crown and the ship from me, but it isn't for sale just yet...

[ESL - MRCA Result] The capture of the Wringe I
Legostone replied to Legostone's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! Well, we'll see if I want to come back to these guys:P Thanks! Well, there was not much budget spent on that sea:P I've bought a shoebox worth of those parts a few years ago for 25€, and now I can finally put them to use:P I think I have at least 11000 of those pieces, but sadly mixed together - and I do not want to unmix them all:D They don't have to much time, they just have one barrel of water to drink, so someone should be picking them up, and as I've lost my only licensed ship I can not pick them up for now:P However, if anyone stumbles over this raft go ahead and save them, otherwise they'll stay floating until the next MRCA (I'll have licensed ships by then again:P):P -
Technically speaking - MAESTRO has the War Dwarf, but practically that'll be sold as we would rather have some more DBs. It isn't licensed yet though...

As some of you might have read, the Wringe I was captured by the pirate Zublious Van Wreck on his Ghost Harvester. "This is not good! The Fallen Angel has fallen, and we don't stand a chance against a ship this big, we'll have to give up." "We are giving up! Your broadside would completely destroy our ship! Take everything we have but leave us alive!" "You can stay alive, but not on your ship, this is a nice prize I'll be able to put to good use!" "Get some guns on here, mighty crewman, lets turn this unarmed vessel into a well armed vessel!" "Bring her to the Nest of Thieves, you should be able to defend her well to get there!" "So, you don't want to be a pirate but you want to stay alive? Well, you have choosen poorly..." "Go off on this raft we found drifting around here, maybe you survive!" "Captain, I'm not sure if this was the right choice. But they have given us some wood, maybe we can still get somewhere" "They haven't thought that the piece of rope they used to constrain us might be useful to us! We can build a mast!" *concentrated silence* "And they even left us some clothing! Even better!" "I told you everything is better than being a pirate" "I'm not sure if I completely agree" "Is that Captain Ben D'Anvers? I thought we had lost him with his ship during the hurricane!" "Save me!" *swimming noises* "Grab my hand!" "I hope we'll arrive somewhere before we run out of water or into another hurricane..." I hope you liked the story how the crew of the Wringe I as well as the captain of the Knight of Stedor got stuck on a raft floating around the ocean. There might be more coming to this story, or maybe not (anyone who wants to pick up on this story is free to do so, just tell me before doing so. The parts shouldn't be impossible to get:P)... The ship you saw will not be completed, it is just barely a third of a broadside without masts and anything else:P
