Blufiji replied to ZCerberus's topic in Guilds of Historica
Hexx Welcome. Good to see you in the Darklands! -
Ive built two or three star fighters based on this design, it is easily my fav starfighter in the SWU. This is the most acvurate rendition of it that Ive seen.

Another one of those builds that reminds one of old school Nocty. The dark colors and brooding atmosphere are excellent here.- 26 replies

A very memorable scene. I love the different colors of the trees, the slightly sloping hills and the serenity of the build.

Nice work, and great banner btw.

The Exetrius Saga (11): Festival of the Ranks (part 3)
Blufiji replied to Exetrius's topic in Guilds of Historica
That first shot is money. The way the light comes down and the view point really sets a "final battle atmosphere." Great job man. -
Nocturnus Minichallenge II: Temple of Blood
Blufiji replied to Captain Flint's topic in Guilds of Historica
That's a grisly scene. You really captured the original essence of Nocty in this one with the dark and foreboding atmosphere. -
Your trees are always insane! The texture and the angles are so life like.

That is some top notch rock work! And the little path is nice. -
Teamwork Titus..Teamwork! Thanks sir! I always loved those things since they came out, I wanted to make them work somewhere in the Darklands. Thanks SK! I figured I'd give lime green a try, seems to work really well for you. Thanks DB!

I enjoyed the time in the civil war very much, same as you based on Al-Almarj and The Petra battle that you have displayed in your sig. I think I've said this before but I joined GOH in part because your builds, I remember seeing the Forgotten Monastery on MOC pages and tracked it down to here. It was (still is) epic and is to this day my favorite build from you. And I think at the time, you, Vlad and Jorrith were the main guys in Nocty and I decided that's where I want to be. Then Jacob, Dubba and Exetrius came and now we have a solid team going. Doesn't mean I can't branch out from time to time lol. I will admit..I enjoyed getting that tag man! Thanks ME!

You've done a solid job with what pieces you have. echoing what others have said, I would invest into some tiles for roofing parts in future builds. I like the window on the top of the barn like structure btw.

Chiming in. The statue looks great here along with the pedestal that holds it. -

You can build only what you can with what you got and it came out fine sir. I Like the use of the trans orange bricks as holy objects and the lore behind it!- 8 replies

Thanks! Thank you sir! It is unnatural in a sense that I've never seen fungi grow like that. It's more fantasy and it's a concept I've used before, though I admit I didn't get the lighting right the first time. I enjoy building that style of swamp as I feel it has a unique flavor to it. Thanks for your insight Henjin! Thanks Exetrius, as I said above this is my go to swamp decor lol.

Hey I made a guide for another person who asked, If you want I can forward it to you? Thanks sir! Thank you, i try to make my foliage as real as I possibly can. I'm glad you enjoyed the architectural detail of the build ma'am and thanks for your comment! Thank you Dathil! Thank you sir! Lol thank you Mrc!. I almost went with an irregular base this time but it ended up turning out wonderfully. Thank you again for commenting En!

Lord Alric Returns to the swamps of Nocturnus to do battle in the upcoming civil war. This one is for the Resistance My entry for the challenge. Thanks for looking and happy building!

The floor in the tomb is nicely done, using the slopes as stonework. As Henjin said, it may be a good idea in the future to separate your builds out so that each one can receive the attention it deserves on an individual stance.

The best lego ship model I have ever seen. I thought it wasn't even lego.

I definately know how that goes..it takes a bit of time to get a concept down solid!
