  1. Excellent work guys! And I think that would be a great idea.
  2. Thanks SK! Thank you LJ! Now that I think of it, a soul stealing necro is right up your alley. Thanks Exetrius!
  3. Nice ground and wall texturing/patterning. The irregular base works well here, as do the color choices.
  4. That color scheme really gives this build life, particulaly the blue roof. I like the one of light in the window, it is a quaint touch. Are you going for MB? I think you have two more to go?
  5. Thanks Legofin! Those lacking trees will make a comeback full force soon! Thanks En Zoo Yea, usually the rock breaks it up, and I suppose I could've used dark green. Maybe next time, Thanks Maestro. Thanks SK! The roof rests on a hinge that is attached to a 1x1. Nothing complex at all. Thanks Gothia!
  6. While my general sentiment is the palm tree is out of place, my biggest critique concerns the ground. It is a bit lacking in texture and color, definately not something Im used to seeing from you. Other than that, this is a lovely scene.
  7. Nice choice of color for the church, really has that old spanish/mediterranian feel. I also like the design of the irregular base. You can tell you put alot of effort into the overall design.
  8. Love the set up and that lil wooden wall. Great choices for the armor of these guys.
  9. How stable is it, sitting on ominously on that cliff there haha. Great job on this, my only critique would be the snow pattern on the roof, as there seems to be way to much snow from what it can hold by the looks of it. The best part of this however, is the stone tower leading up the wooden section.
  10. Echoing what others have said here. The SNOT use for rock textures works well here.
  11. The tower was plain on purpose. I wanted the build to be ordered and neat, to set the atmosphere. In retrospect, I couldve broken up the pattern a bit more. Thank you for your critique! As far as the building roll, Im trying to get out the last twp I have in mind pretty quick. Thanks Vlad, glad you noticed the Z influences, as well as influences of others from way back. It's fun to change it up every now and again. I dropped the ball on the saddle though haha. Thanks LDB, the ponds are a favorite to me! Yes there are more views, Ill post them in a bit. Feel free to copy tge terrain to invoke the Mitgardian tundra and forests. There is a slight space to get gaurd, but no way to get up there. Thanks Slegengr!
  12. Of course the high points are the cheese and SNOT floors, but I really like the attention to details placed on the walls and columns. Great stuff sir.
  13. This tower was sorta a tribute to the original Nocturnis style. It was also an expirement in a more classical castle style that I had been wanting to try for sometime. The past six builds have doubled as CCC builds, and with my tight window I've had to do something I don't like to do which is build quickly. I agree that the red tree is a bit lacking, as my remaining leaves are still tied up in Evenfall Castle. Thanks Henjin, once again your insightful critiques are a pleasure.
  14. Lord Skugg and his squire stopped for a moment to rest and survey their surroundings. These were the lands outside of the Goblin Realm, near the major passes that come out of the Labyrinth, unfamiliar and definitely more foreboding then their native mountain ranges. But Gal Turok had ordered them here, as his spies had narrowed down the location of a necromancer who has been terrorizing the mountain passes and valleys for some time to somewhere near here. Lord Skugg had prevailed against the deep clans, survived several battles against the Nikrit in the Glades, and even held his own against Gal-Turok himself in ritual combat, but this task-to face down someone who was capable on summoning countless undead, was unsettling. Already he and his squire had faced off against several undead Goblin zombies on their way here, and they had been hard pressed to fight their way through. But with the strength of his sword and spear, and the cunning of his magically gifted squire, they stood not to far away from that they concluded was the home of Zant, The Necromancer. Who knows what lies ahead for them....and on top of this, The Necromancer had been watching their every move, and made it point to rush home to his tower of abominations to prepare for a battle that surely carry them into the on coming night...
  15. The landscape is superb. the rock work, the waterfall and the color scheme mesh well together. Regarding the dragon itself, it's strong point is the posing and functionality abilities. It's size and thinness takes away from an otherwise imposing beast. The cave that's littered with treasures and bones is a nice touch!
  16. While the waterfall could be a bit more natural looking, I really like this moc. The towers have a good amount of texture, and that wooded section to the right adds a bit of northern charm to the build.
  17. Very nice build. I love the sled design with it's sleek curves.
  18. Thanks LDB and you are spot on, that was just negligence in the lily pads. Thanks Vlad! Thank you Ecc. Thank you Dathil! With all of our swamp land, we probably should have the most diverse navy, lots of shallow draft boats and rafts and such. Thanks ME!
  19. Classical Elf Style, great work!
  20. Very nice!
  21. I always enjoy your thoughtful insight. First off let me say that I agree with you about the bright green. Unfortunately my regular green leaves are all tied up right now and had to improvise. the vines on the surface was a technique I used way way back when and it went over well. One thing I will be using and refining is the mangrove swamp trees for sure...everything else is debatable. Thanks Henjin! Thanks sir! Thank you Brick!
  22. Gal Turok's army is training for the coming battles. They work diligently to prepare themselves and their equipment for combat! No real story to this one, just thought they needed to be posted in here seeing as they are for GOH. Go Nocty Go Nocty!
  23. Thanks Titus! Thanks Gunman! Thanks LW. You really have no idea how bad I wanted to add the spikes like a Korean Turtle Ship, but not enough spikes and time. Thanks Kai! Thanks LF. Again, referencing LW..those spikes man. I took a page out of your book and made a working interior. Thanks SK!
  24. Both ends are lit in case archers want or need to fire flaming arrows from either end. The boat can go been rowed forwards or backwards due to the set up. I really tried to make this one have alot of playability potential. Thanks Garmadon! Thanks! i wanted to add just a bit of color to all of that dark green, though olive green grass would've worked better here in retrospect!
  25. You really have a way of getting the bext out of the prefab boat pieces. The gatehouse walling and texturing is very nicely done.
