This is brilliant... Lovely composition... But... (Sorry) Is it just me or does it look like the rowboat is leaving the island? Should the rowing pirate not be facing away from the island if the boat is moving towards it? D

Yeah - sticking another layer underneath it all ups the price somewhat and lifts everything off the ground a little... but its quite quick to take the squad out of the tray in order to place them on a hill or castle battlements say. I'm always open for suggestions so will have a play later - thanks! D

Having regularly wondered on how to shift lego armies around a battlefield, may I offer a reminder to my possible solution to the LEGO tabletop battle playing community. I've posted this before a while back independently but actually this seems a good place to repost. My 2 cents Clear paper is hard to get good colour saturation - so maybe try for the white backed decals... Echoing Robianco have a look at the quality of the file that you're exporting out of illustrator and your print settings... You really want as high a pixels per inch as your computer and printer can handle... And also consider telling the printer you're printing on high quality... And you could even try and increase the colour saturation too... But start by having a good play with big standard printer paper (or even normal white sticker paper until you are happy with the results... And then tweak the settings on your final decal paper. Hope this helps D
