  1. I tried that suspension on previuos MOCs and I know well how good it works. Awesome truck, I like the tubular body but I would change it for liftarms to get less weight and more structural rigidity.
  2. Great instructions, maybe someday I build a 25 studs version .
  3. I understand you, I built an audi r8 (scale 1:8) years ago and I learned small is better but it is always better learn by yourself .
  4. What about a group of MOCs?, wheel loader and dumper together .
  5. I don't understand massive MOCs, you need a lot of parts, you loose performance due the high weight and it is not funny build in plenty room but good luck amyway, just my opinion.
  6. Awesome, small and full of functions  , I love it.
  7. I discovered an awesome machine while I was waiting for the class tyres, the caterpillar 994 mono boom and it is my chance to achieve a medium, realistic, very playable and strong MOC. Its main feature is the narrowness, only 6 studs between wheels in order to get a giant appearance using the 8265 bucket and unimog wheels, I am very happy with it, of course it has a large travel of arm and bucket, using the entire travel of the cylinders.
  8. I see the title and I laugh, I think it's the first year that I don´t lose money , I did instructions (all free for the moment) but I never thought gain more than spending a year, less than 200 euros usually.
  9. This is the MOC type that I would vote for, but I didn´t like to build it even having the idea first, it is strange .
  10. Of course awesome first MOC, my first one...
  11. UCS RC Lamborghini?, another car contest?, I will work in a Lamborghini because you never knows... ,
  12. My training while I wait for class tyres, if I achieve this, with 2 or 3 studs more it won´t be problem build a strong and functional MOC. Pendular suspension, 4x4, 2 large pneumatic cylinders and 1 small one with an improved evolution of the linkage used in the 8464 set, I am very proud of it, great range of bucket movement with the arm in any position. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e3BMUcXSgqU&feature=youtu.be '>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UjzepSns8E8&feature=youtu.be
  13. probably only functionally perfect  .
  14. I have seen a chassis like the arocs before the arocs , if this continues will be very difficult to invent new things . Nice project full of pneumatics.
  15. I am very purist including the proportions, just those difficulties are what make me have fun, do what everyone does in less space, in the end I guess it's my building style. New cylinders are very long for that position but sure I will see them in some giant backhoe, I haven´t got so many... I like to see a volvo bm backhoe for example.
  16. I oredered 8 different parts, 4 tyres and 4 hubs .
  17. Wow, how much will weigh that?, it would be a good workout for a legs day .
  18. As you can see I tried again with unimog tyres but it will be difficult, not impossble, put two pneumatic cylinders to operate bucket like in real machines, that is why I wanted class tyres in order to gain 2 or 3 studs in wide, I always say that this type machines, wheel or crawler loaders, are very narrow in comparison with their lengths, I have not seen any well-proportioned, except mine modesty and effort apart , mine komatsu 9 studs wide, 42030 set 12 using same bucket.
  19. Because I tried with unimog tyres yet, but I will try again with them while the class tyres arrive. I remember that the volvo bucket was too big for the unimog tyres, think in a giant wheel loader, wheels are bigger in proportion that in large or medium wheel loaders.
  20. You are right Jim, I am sorry, I have been building this night when I can I will share my progress. Thanks for put the tittle. Looking for ideas I rediscovered the 8464 or 8439 set , it is one of the best wheel loader arms I have ever seen.
  21. I have nothing physical but if I have the idea. I know it is no original but I like wheel loaders . I did my calculations and using new class wheels I can build a huge but simple wheel loader a komatsu wa1200, caterpillar 994 or a leturneau. They are gigants wheel loaders and the problem I had is that their wheels are so huge that in proportion the body it had to be so tight that I could´t put anything, with new wheels I think I can build a big and simple MOC with few parts, my goal is that it had a Lego set style. Here you can see these beautiful machines, they are perfects for me they have small cabins for a bad cabin builder . As you can see their wheels are even bigger than a new large pneumatic cylinder.
