Every MOC is better with stickers and get them it has nothing to do with building skills IMO. What is the difference between stickers and painted pieces?, I think it will be the next question.

[TC10] Wheel Loader
jorgeopesi replied to KKMOC Japan's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I have always wanted to build a large wheel loader like a caterpillar 994 or a komatsu wa 1200, I don´t like letorneau style loaders but who knows, the problem was that I needed big wheels (class wheels) in order to achieve size enough to put 2 pneumatic cylinders operating the bucket... now still without class wheels, I think it would be possible. I am talking about a manual wheel loader, there was no room for power functions. -
Judges would be able to assess that... but we are all judges. Expert judges for each contest?, but we have the same problem... how to choose them appropriately?.

[TC10] Wheel Loader

I feel that it will be more than one wheel loader, nice start . -
Correct me if I am wrong, it seems to me a contest for huge MOCs, everyone can replicate pneumatic functions so the difference will be in the detail level which increase with the MOC size. How a small pneumatic MOC could win against a Konajra, Milan or Edwin style MOCs (for example) with pneumatics?.

I think in tatras, skiders, tractors, loaders it is a new huge world for build . -
For me this contest has been a nightmare, too much perfectionist for two months and then building in just one... I would like to have done it better, but I put just enough to be happy. Despite the rules from the beginning I thought it had to look like a porsche and that I strived, obviously I can not disagree with the judges since I am one of the 20. For my virtual creations were brutal but when I build physically I have a thousand faults, wheel touch with fender, gears cracking, how am I going to believe that create a virtual MOC will work perfectly when for me that is the most important thing?.
